Abstract

본 발명은 알칼리전해액을 사용하는 2차전지에서 니켈-아연전지 또는 은-아연전지와 같이 음극의 활물질로 아연을 주로 사용하는 전지에 있어서 그 상대가 되는 양극을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 양극의 극판 주변부의 활물질 충진량을 극판 중앙부의 활물질 충진량보다 많게하는 알카리전지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조된 알카리전지 양극의 기공율분포를 도시한 개략도이다.
제2도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조된 알카리전지를 개략적으로 도시한 사시도이다.
제3도는 알카리전지 양극의 기공율분포에 따른 전지수명을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 알칼리전해액을 사용하는 2차전지에서 음극의 활물질로 아연을 사용하는 전지에 있어서, 양극의 극판 주변부의 활물질 충진량을 극판 중앙부의 활물질 충진량보다 많게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알카리전지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극판중앙부의 기공율이 40 내지 45%임을 특징으로 하는 알카리전지의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극판주변부의 기공율이 30 내지 35%임을 특징으로 하는 알카리전지의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극판주변부와 중앙부의 두께가 동일하게 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 알카리전지의 제조방법.
