본 고안은 열교환효율의 증대와 착상으로 인하여 공기유로가 막히는 것을 방지하도록 하는 냉장고증발기의 핀튜브 체결구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 냉동사이클을 구성하는 증발기는 응축기에서 액체상태로 응축된 냉매를 급격히 팽창시켜 기체상태의 냉매로 변환시키며, 이때 발생되는 냉매의 기화열로 인하여 증발기는 주위의 열을 흡수하였고, 이러한 상태가 지속되면 증발기는 점차적으로 착상되어 열교환효율이 저하되기 때문에, 상기 증발기에는 제상히터를 설치하여 일정한 시간이 경과한 다음에는 작동되도록 하여 제상시켰다.
이러한 증발기를 이용한 종래 냉장고증발기의 핀튜브 체결구조는 제1도와 제2도에 도시한 바와 같이, 중심부 양측에 체결구멍(1a)이 형성되면 사면 모서리에 제상히터(도시생략)가 장착되도록 끼움단턱부(1b)가 형성되는 핀플레이트(1)와, 이 핀플레이트(1)의 체결구멍(1a)에 끼워지는 유로파이프(2)로 이루어졌다.
이와 같은 종래의 냉장고증발기의 핀튜브 체결구조는 제3도에 도시한 바와 같이, 냉매가 흐르는 2열의 유로파이프(2)에 여러장의 핀플레이트(1)를 차례로 일정한 간격을 갖도록 체결되었고, 이러한 상태를 바둑판배열이라고 하며, 상기 핀플레이트(1)들에 유로파이프(2)가 2열로 가지런히 정렬되어 있으므로, 전체적으로 핀플레이트(1)의 어느 곳에서나 공기의 흐름은 일정한 유전을 그리도록 되었다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 종래 냉장고증발기의 핀튜브 체결구조는, 2열의 유로파이프가 체결되어 적층되는 핀플레이트들이 유로가 일정한 바둑판배열을 형성하였기 때문에, 공기의 흐름에 대하여 유로파이프의 배면부에서는 제3도에 도시한 바와 같이, 공기의 흐름이 전면부와 동일하게 미치지 못하였고, 이로 인하여 유로파이프에서 발생되는 열교환이 전면부와 배면부가 일정하지 못하여 전체적으로 열교환효율이 저하되었고, 또한 상기 유로파이프의 전면부와 배면부의 열교환 상태가 다르기 때문에, 유로파이프에서 발생되는 착상이 완전히 진행되지 않은 상태에서 유로가 막히게 되어 열교환효율을 보다 더 저하시키는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로 종래 2열의 유로파이프가 핀플레이트에 바둑판배열로 형성되었던 것을 4열의 유로파이프로 서로 엇갈리는 슬로프배열을 이루도록 핀플레이트에 체결하므로, 상기 유로파이프의 전, 후면부에서 동일하게 열교환이 발생되도록 하여 열교환효율이 증대되도록 하는 냉장고증발기의 핀튜브 체결구조에 관한 것이다.
이하 첨부된 도면에 따라 본 고안의 기술적 구상을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안 냉장고증발기의 핀튜브 체결구조는 제4도에 도시한 바와 같이, 중심부 상, 하양측에 서로 엇갈리는 슬로프배열을 이루는 체결구멍(11)이 형성되며 양측단부 중심에 제상히터(도시생략)가 장착되도록 끼움단턱부(12)가 형성되는 핀플레이트(10)와, 이 핀플레이트(10)의 체결구멍(11)에 끼워지는 유로파이프(20)로 구성함을 그 기술적 구성상의 특징으로 한다.
상기 핀플레이트(10)는, 양측단부 상, 하에 각각 엇갈리게 연장판(13)을 형성시켜, 착상시 공기유로의 막힘이 방지되도록 함이 바람직하다.
이러한 본 고안 냉장고증발기의 핀튜브 체결구조는 제5도에 도시한 바와 같이, 냉매가 흐르는 4열의 유로파이프(20)가 핀플레이트(10)의 중심부 상, 하 양측에 서로 엇갈리는 슬로프배열로 체결되고, 이와 같이 서로 엇갈리는 슬로프배열을 이루는 유로파이프(20)에 여러장의 핀플레이트(10)가 차례로 끼워져 일정한 간격으로 배치되며, 이러한 상태의 핀플레이트(10)들이 여러층 적층된다.
이와 같은 본 고안 냉장고증발기의 핀튜브 채결구조는 제6도에 도시한 바와 같이, 냉매가 흐르는 4열의 유로파이프(20)가 핀플레이트(10)의 중심부 상, 하 양측에 서로 엇갈리는 슬로프배열로 체결되므로 전체적으로 핀플레이트(10)에 엇갈리는 슬로프배열로 체결되는 유로파이프(20) 외주면 어느 곳에서나 공기의 흐름이 고르게 미치므로, 상기 유로파이프(20)의 외주면 어느 곳에서나 동일하게 열교환이 이루어지게 되고, 상기 핀플레이트(10)의 양측단부 상, 하에 각각 엇갈리게 연장판(13)이 형성하므로, 착상시 공기유로의 막힘이 방지된다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 고안 냉장고증발기의 핀튜브 체결구조는, 여러층으로 적층되는 핀플레이트의 중심부 상, 하 양측에 냉매가 흐르는 4열의 유로파이프가 서로 엇갈리는 슬로프배열로 체결되므로, 전체적으로 핀플레이트에 체결되는 유로파이프의 외주면 어느 곳에서나 동일하게 열교환이 진행되어 열교환효율이 향상되며, 상기 핀플레이트의 양측단부 상, 하에 각각 엇갈리게 형성되는 연장판으로 인하여, 착상시 공기유로의 막힘이 방지되는 유용한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 중심부 상, 하 양측에 서로 엇갈리는 슬로프배열을 이루는 체결구멍과, 이 체결구멍에 유로파이프가 끼워지는 핀플레이트에 있어서, 상기 핀플레이트 양측단부 중심에 제상히터가 장착되도록 끼움단턱부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고증발기의 핀튜브 체결구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핀플레이트는 양측단부 상, 하에 각각 엇갈리게 연장판을 형성시켜 착상시 공기유로의 막힘을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 냉장고증발기의 핀튜브 체결구조.
