Claims (4)
- 일정한 간격을 두고 수회 벤딩되어 다수의 열이 형성된 소정길이의 냉매관과, 다수개가 병렬로 배치되며 상기 냉매관이 끼워져 결합되어 하나의 그룹을 이루도록 결합공이 일정 간격으로 형성된 박판상의 열교환핀을 갖춘 냉동사이클용 핀형 열교환기에 있어서;상기 결합공(31a)은 상기 냉매관(32)의 두 열이 일정 거리를 유지하면서 동시에 끼워져 결합되도록 상하방향으로 연장된 장공으로 형성되되, 기류 방향에 대해 소정의 각도(θ)를 갖도록 경사지게 마련되고 그 상,하측 주변부에는 냉매관 외주와 면접촉하는 버르가 형성되며;상기 냉매관(32)은 상기 결합공(31a)에 동시 결합되는 두 열이 기류 방향에 대해 서로 엇갈리도록 상기 결합공(31a)의 상측(31b)과 하측(31c)에 각각 배치되되, 상기 결합공(31a)을 통해 상기 열교환핀(31)과 결합되는 일정구간(B)의 단면이 단축(X)과 장축(Y)을 갖는 타원형 관으로 이루어지며 상기 냉매관(32)의 장축(Y)이 기류 방향과 나란하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클용 핀형 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 냉매관(32)의 단면은 단축(X)과 장축(Y)의 비율이 1 : 1.4 내지 1.8로 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클용 핀형 열교환기.
- 냉동사이클용 핀형 열교환기의 제조방법에 있어서,열교환기 형상을 갖추도록 소정길이의 냉매관(32)을 수회 벤딩하되 이웃하는 열끼리 서로 엇갈리게 배열되도록 벤딩하며, 벤딩된 상기 냉매관(32) 두 열이 동시 삽입되도록 상하 방향으로 연장된 장공형상으로 형성되되 기류 방향에 대해 소정각도(θ)로 경사진 결합공(31a)이 일정한 간격으로 천공된 다수의 열교환핀(31)을 병렬 배치하는 준비단계(S1)와;상기 준비단계(S1) 이후에 상기 결합공(31a)을 통해 상기 열교환핀(31)과 결합되는 일정구간(B)의 상기 냉매관(32)을 단면이 단축(X)과 장축(Y)을 갖는 타원형 관으로 형성하되, 상기 냉매관(32)의 장축(Y)을 기류방향에 대해 나란하게 형성하는 타원형 관부 형성단계(S2)와;상기 타원형 관부 형성단계(S3) 이후에 다수의 상기 열교환핀(31)이 하나의 그룹을 이루도록 벤딩된 상기 냉매관(32)을 상기 결합공(31a)을 통해 상기 열교환핀(31)에 삽입하되 상기 냉매관(32) 열이 상기 결합공(31a)의 상측(31b)과 하측(31c)에 각각 배치되게 삽입하는 냉매관 삽입단계(S3)를 구비하고,상기 준비단계(S1)는 상기 열교환핀(31)의 결합공(31a) 상 하측(31b)(31c)에 상기 냉매관(32)의 외주와 면접촉하도록 버르(31d)를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클용 핀형 열교환기의 제조방법.
