본 발명은 알루미늄의 흡수를 감소시키기 위하여 인산염이 가해진 알루미늄－함유 제산제 및 그들의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 인산염을 0.5 내지 1.5몰당량으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 이온의 흡수가 감소된 경구 투여용 알루미늄－함유 약물 제형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경규용인 삼킬 수 있는 정제, 씹을 수 있는 정제, 빨아먹는 정제, 발포 정제, 현탁액 형태 및 약물 형태로 된 약물 제형.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 인산염이 비발포성 약물 형태로 사용되고 알칼리 토금속 인산염이 발포성 약물 형태로 사용되는 것이 특징인 약물 제형.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 활성 화합물로서 알루미늄 히드록시드, 알루미늄 히드록시드/마그네슘 혼합 화합물, 알루미늄 마그네슘 실리케이트, 결정구조를 갖는 알루미늄－함유 화합물, 또는 염기성 알루미늄 글리코사이드 술페이트 복합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 알루미늄－함유 제산제를 포함하는 것이 특징인 약물 제형.
  5. 경구 투여용 알루미늄－함유 약물 제형의 제조에 있어서, 알루미늄의 흡수를 감소시키기 위한 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 인산염의 용도.
  6. 적어도 하나의 알루미늄－함유 활성 화합물이, 사용된 알루미늄의 양과 대략 등가량의 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 인산염과, 적절하다면 통상의 보조제 및 부형제를 사용하여 혼합되는 것이 특징인 제1항의 약물 제형의 제조 방법.
