Abstract
본 발명은 세라믹 진동판과 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 진동판과 동일형상의 금형과 세라믹 용사 코팅층 사이에 중간 금속피복층을 형성한 후 중간금속피복층만 제거해내어 제조한 것을 특징으로 한 세라믹 진동판.

Claims (3)
- 진동판과 동일형상의 금형과 세라믹 용사 코팅층 사이에 중간 금속피복층을 형성한 후 중간금속피복층만 제거해내어 제조한 것을 특징으로 한 세라믹 진동판.
- 진동판과 동일형상의 금형과 세라믹 용사 코팅층 사이에 중간피복층을 형성한 후 중간금속피복층만 제거해내어 세라믹 진동판만을 분리해 내는 것를 특징으로 하는 세라믹 진동판의 제조방법.
- 세라믹 소재들 중에서 저렴한 반면 비탄성계수나 내부흡수율면에서 우수한 세라믹인 알루미나(Al2O3)/티타니아(TiO2)계 세라믹을 사용하여 용사방법에 의해 진동판을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 진동판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
