본 발명은 직물지에 흡침시키거나 도포하여 직물지가 연소되는 것을 방지하도록 하는 방연제의 제조방법에 관한 것인데 보다 구체적인 것은 수산에 암모니아성질소와 그리세린을 혼합하여 조성한 방연물을 만들어 이를 직물지의 표면에 분무하거나 직물지에 흡침시켜 방연효과를 얻게한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flame retardant to prevent the fabric paper from burning by absorbing or applying it to the textile paper, and more specifically, to make a flame retardant made by mixing ammonia nitrogen and glycerine in the fishery and making it on the surface of the textile paper. 이와같이 조성된 본 발명의 방연제는 직물지의 표면에 분무하여 고착시키거나 조성액 내에 직물지를 투입하였다가 조성물이 직물지에 흡침되면 인출하여 건조시키는 방법으로 간단히 도포시킬수가 있고 본 발명의 방연제가 도포된 직물지는 촉감이나 강도나 외양이 천연모습을 그대로 유지하면서 불에 타지 않는 효과를 얻도록 되는 것인데 부수적 효과로 때를 타지않는 이점도 있고 가공이 용이한 장점이 있으며 본 발명의 조성성중 수산은 P11을 조성한 부작용을 방지하는 효과가 있고 직물의 강도를 저하시키지 않으면서 소망의 목적을 달성시키는 장점이 있으며 그리세린은 암모니아성질소의 건성을 저하시키는 역할을 하며 암모니아 분자와의 결합을 완벽하게 하여 우수한 방연효과를 얻게하는 등의 효과를 내기 때문에 방연이 완벽하고 가격이 저렴하게 되는 방연제를 얻도록 되는 것이다.The flame retardant of the present invention thus formed can be sprayed onto the surface of the fabric paper to be fixed or put into the composition paper, and when the composition is absorbed into the fabric paper, the composition can be simply applied by a method of drawing out and drying the fabric to which the flame retardant of the present invention is applied.
