홀더스프링의 지지구멍의 높이는 패널과 섀도우마스크간의 실질적인 간격을 결정하므로 정밀한 관리가 요구된다. 이를 위해 종래에는 높이게이지등으로 측정하였는데, 지지구멍의 중심을 시감에 의존하므로 정확한 측정이 불가능하였다.The height of the support hole of the holder spring determines the actual distance between the panel and the shadow mask, so precise management is required. For this purpose, in the past, the measurement was performed using a height gauge or the like, and the center of the support hole was dependent on visual perception so that accurate measurement was not possible.
본 발명에서는 측정기 몸체에 설치되는 다이얼게이지와, 이의 스핀들에 결합되며 선단부가 수평절곡된 프루브를 구비하여, 프루브를 소정의 기준위치에 위치시킨 상태에서 다이얼게이지를 영점조정한 뒤, 이 프루브를 홀더스프링의 지지구멍에 삽입함으로써 지지구멍 높이의 정확한 측정이 가능하도록 하였다.
