The circuit includes a pulse generator(81) for generating a horizontal line starting pulse, a selector(82) for providing sampling clock signals according to frame converting modes, a horizontal signal generator(86) for generating a horizontal line signal, a vertical signal generator(87) for generating vertical ling signal, and a signal output stage(88) for outputting compound synchronous signal.
