This paper relates to the flooring used on the floor of the interior of the building, and in particular, the non-woven fabric with cushioning force is integrally attached to the back of the flooring to prevent the flooring from protruding or swelling due to the irregularities and cracks in the building. It is about flooring with nonwoven fabric on one side.

Common floorings commonly used have been provided with hot laminated laminated products from the top and bottom of several layers of glass sheet or glass scrim and calendered sheets on top and bottom. In the case of vinyl material, it is not deformed, but when there is foreign material on the floor of the building, it protrudes to the flooring material by the size of the foreign matter, and when the crack occurs on the floor, the heat of the floor is transferred intensively to the cracks. There was a problem that the flooring is partially deformed to swell up the surface.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention integrally attaches a nonwoven fabric having cushioning force to the bottom surface of the hot laminated laminated sheet of glass fiber or glass scrim and calender. It prevents the nonwoven fabric from crushing the foreign material to protrude into the flooring material. In the part of the building where the floor is cracked, the nonwoven fabric always holds the air, spreading the heat transferred to the crack to the side to prevent it from swelling to the top of the flooring material. In order to make it possible, the present invention will be described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.

As in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, 1 is a flooring material used on the floor of a building.

The flooring material 1 is a hot laminated plywood of the printing layer 3 and the transparent skin layer 4 on the upper side of the glass fiber 2, and a hot laminated plywood of the foam layer 5 on the lower side of the glass fiber 2.

The non-woven fabric 6 having a cushioning force thereon is integrally attached to the lower side of the foam layer 5.

Unexplained 10 is the floor of the building, 11 is the foreign material 12 is a crack.

Thus, the printing layer (3), the transparent skin layer (4), the foam layer (5) is hot laminated plywood on the upper and lower sides of the glass fiber (2), and the nonwoven fabric (6) is integrally attached to the back of the foam layer (5). If the flooring material 1 is covered with a foreign material 11 on the floor 10 of the building as shown in a) of FIG. 3, the foreign material 11 is cushioned by a nonwoven fabric 6 integrally attached to the back surface of the flooring material 1. Since the nonwoven fabric 6 enters as much as the size of), the surface of the flooring material 1 is not deformed while the surface is smooth regardless of the foreign matter 11 and the like.

In addition, when the floor 10 of the building is cracked, the nonwoven fabric 6 attached to the back surface of the flooring material 1 retains air in the nonwoven fabric 6 itself like a sponge, so that the gap 12 is formed in the floor 10 of the building. By spreading the heat transmitted from the side to enter the non-woven fabric (6) only, this also prevents the flooring (1) surface to swell smooth.

As described above, the printing layer, the transparent skin layer, and the foam layer are hot-laminated plywood on the upper and lower sides of the glass fiber, and then the flooring of the building is laid on the floor of the building by applying a non-woven fabric having a cushioning force to the bottom of the foam layer. In other words, it is a very useful design to prevent deformation of the flooring due to foreign matter or cracks.
