본 발명은 아미노펩티데이스 M 저해물질, 그를 생성하는 미생물 및 상기 물질의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의해 강한 아미노펩티데이스 M 저해활성 및 면역증강활성을 나타내는 신규한 물질인 발리스타틴을 미생물 스트렙토마이세스 속 20209 균주(KCTC 0103BP)를 배양하여 그 배양액으로부터 분리 정제할 수 있다.The present invention relates to aminopeptides M inhibitors, microorganisms that produce them, and methods of making such materials.
