Abstract

PC(폴리카보네이트)와 ABS(아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체) 및 난연제를 혼합한 난연수지조성물에 있어서, 종래에는 할로겐이나 안티몬화합물을 혼합사용하여 왔으나 할로겐원자 등이 연소시 유해가스를 방출하였다. 이에 인계화합물을 난연제로 배합하고 있으나 가소성을 주기 때문에 사용에 제한이 있었다. 본 발명은 주난연제로 적인을 마스터배치화하여 주고 멜라민과 시아우릭산을 첨가하며 드리핑개선제로 테프론 수지를 함께 배합하므로써, 난연성이 중대된 새로운 열가소성수지조성물을 개발하였다.

Claims (1)

  1. 폴리카보네이트와 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체에 적인을 첨가한 열가소성 난연 수지조성물에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트 30 내지 70중량%, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체 30 내지 70중량%로 구성된 성분수지에 주 난연제로 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체에 대해 적인 함량이 10 내지 30중량%인 적인 마스터 배치 펠렛 10 내지 20중량%, 보조 난연제로 멜라민 3 내지 15중량%, 시아우릭산 3 내지 15중량%을 각각 첨가하고 연소시의 드리핑 개선제로서 테프론 수지 0.5 내지 5중량%을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연 수지 조성물.
