Abstract

[목적] 황토, 점토, 점양토와 같이 점성을 가진 생흙과 나무뿌리, 칡뿌리 등에서 채취한 질긴 섬유질을 교질제와 혼합한 혼합물을 형틀에 넣고 가압하여 건축용 벽판재, 각재, 구들장, 온돌판, 내장판 등의 각종 건자재 또는 가구재, 구이판이나 난방가습기용 방열통 또는 판, 정원이나 노지의 비탈면 보호재등의 다양한 쓰임새에 맞춰 자유자재로 성형하는 생흙과 목, 초근을 주재로 한 성형재를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
[구성] 황토, 점토, 미사를 7∼8:3∼2:0.5∼1의 비율로 혼합하여 생흙 혼합물을 조성하고, 이 생흙 조성물과 초목근에서 채취한 섬유질을 6∼9:4∼1의 비율로 혼합하여 흑-섬유질 혼합물을 만든 다음에 수분함량 25∼35%이 되도록 교질제를 가하여 반죽하고, 이 반죽물을 형틀에 넣고서 300∼600kg/㎠으로 가압, 성형, 건조하는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 황토, 점토, 미사를 7∼8:3∼2:0.5∼1의 비율로 혼합하여 생흙 혼합물을 조성하고, 이 생흙 조성물과 초목근에서 채취한 섬유질을 6∼9:4∼1의 비율로 혼합하여 흑-섬유질 혼합물을 만든 다음에 수분함량 25∼35%이 되도록 교질제를 가하여 반죽하고, 이 반죽물을 형틀에 넣고서 300∼600kg/㎠으로 가압성형, 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생흙과 초목근을 주재로 한 성형재의 제조방법.
