Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 브레이크 패드의 교환시기 알림장치에 관한 것으로서 특히 패드판(1)과 지지대(2)에 장착요부(1a)(2a)를 형성하고, 상기 장착요부(1a)(2a)에 패드판(1)이 일정두께만큼 마모되면 접지판(4)(5)이 접속되어 운전석의 계기판(7)에 구비된 경고등(7a)이 점등될 수 있는 감지수단을 설치하여 패드판(1)이 일정두께만큼 마모되면 경고등(7a)이 점등되어 운전석의 운전자에게 브레이크 패드의 적정 교환시기를 알려줄 수 있게 함으로써 디스크(8)가 훼손되는 것을 방지하고 패드판(1)의 두께가 충분한 제동력을 발휘할 수 있는 상태에서 안심하고 운행할 수 있게 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 디스크(8)을 압박하는 패드판(1)과, 상기 패드판(1)에 적층된 지지대(2)로 된 자동차 브레이크 패드에 있어서, 상기 패드판(1)과 지지대(2)의 경계부에 형성된 장착요부(1a)(2a)와, 상기 장착요부(1a)(2a)에 돌출되게 지지대(2)에 삽입 설치되고 접지판(4)에 내설된 감지구 케이스(3)와, 상기 접지판(4)에 대응하는 접지판(5)이 중앙의 감지침(6a) 끝에 설치되고 감지구 케이스(3)에 스프링(6b)으로 탄력 설치되게 씌워진 감지구캡(6)과, 상기 접지판(4)(5)에 전기적으로 연결되어 접지판(4)(5)이 맞닿으면 전원이 인가되는 계기판(7)의 표시등(7a)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 브레이크 패드의 교환시기 알림장치.
