Abstract
얇은 판의 윈드쉬일드(sindshields)의 제조를 위해 원하는 곡면을 가진 아아취 형태로 열가소성 쉬트의 웨브(web)를 계속하여 스트레칭하는 기구와 그 방법이 공개된다. 기구는 종래의 가열로울러로 구성된다. 그러나 최소의 두개의 조절다중스포크 피라미드가 있는 데. 하나는 열 셋팅피라미드이고 하는 냉각피라미드이다. 피라미드는 포울딩 바(folding bar)와 결합하는 벽에 의해 분리된다. 절단모양의 블랭크 제조에 관련된 방법은 물리적으로 구분된다. 열 셀팅단계 후 잔류스냅 백(snap back)은 냉각단계에 앞서 일어난다.

제5도는 본 발명의 기구와 방법에 따라 사용하는 피라미드의 단면도,
제6도는 양 피라미드 사이에 구비된 부분적으로 상세히 나타난 포울딩 바(folding bar),
제7도는 통행쉬트(passing sheet)를 위한 레터박스 구멍(letter box aperture)을 가진 양 피라미드를 분리하는 벽의 단면도.
Claims (12)
- 열가소성 재료의 직선웨브(web, 10)로부터 시작되고, 최소한 하나의 가열홀딩 피라미드(hot holding pyramid, 6)에 이어 최소한 하나의 냉각피라미드(7)의 최소 두개의 구동 절두 조절피라미드(truncated adjustable pyramids. 6.7)로 이루어진 성형기구에 의해 특징되어지는 하나 또는 그 이상의 가열드럼(heating drums 1,3)으로 구성되는 절단모양의 열가소성 쉬트 블랭크 (cut shaped thremoplastic sheet blanks) 제조라인에서 사용되는 성형기구.
- 열가소성 재료의 직선웨브(10)로부터 시작되고, 최소하나의 가열홀딩드럼(6)에 이은 최소 하나의 냉각드럼(7)의 최소 두개의 구동원추형 드럼으로 이루어진 성형기구에 있어서, 상기 드럼들은 패쓰(path)에 의해 분리되어 있는데. 여기서 웨브는 본질직으로 중간온도에서 탄성변형의 일부를 회복할 수 있게 되어 있는 것에 의해 특징되어지는 하나 또는 2이상의 가열드럼들(1, 2)로 구성되는 절단모양의 열가소성 쉬트 블랭크 제조라인에 사용되는 성형기구.
- 청구항 제2항에 있어서, 원추형 드럼들(6,7)의 최소한 하나는 조절 다중스포크 절두 피라미드(adjustable multispoke truncated pyramid)인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기구.
- 청구항 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 가열 흘딩드럼(6)과 냉각드럼(7) 사이에 웨브가 위쪽으로 통과할 포울딩 바(folding bar. 30)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기구.
- 청구항 제4항에 있어서. 상기 바는 옆으로 나란히 장착된 많은 수의 독립 로울러(31)로 이루어진 성형기구.
- 청구항 제4항에 있어서, 원추형 드럼들은 쉬트(10)의 통과를 위해 조적된 슬릿(45)으로 이루어진 분할벽(40, 41)에 의해 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기구.
- 다음의 단계들이 결합되어 열가소성 재료의 절단모양의 블랭크 제조를 위한 방법.열가소성 재료(10)의 연속적인 길이를 풀림(unwinding) ; 하나 또는 그 이상의 가열드럼(1,2)들 위에 그것을 통과함에 의해 열가소성 쉬트의 가열: 첫번개 열 원추형 드럼(6) 위에 가열쉬트외 통과 그렇게 함으로써 웨브의 최소일부를 스트레칭(stretching) 하게 탄성변형을 일으킴: 탄성변형의 일부를 회복을 위해 패쓰(path)를 따라 포울딩 바(30) 위에 쉬트의 통과: 냉각 원추형 드럼(7) 위에 쉬트의 통과; 냉각과 절단 스태이션에서 각각 스트레치된 쉬트를 더욱 냉각하고 절단.
- 청구항 제7항에 있어서, 첫번째 원추형 드럼은 두번째 드럼의 반경보다 2%∼12% 더 작은 반경을 가지는 것으로 취사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 제7항 도는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 원추형 드럼들은 조절 다중스포크 절두 피라미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 제7항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 상기 열 가소성 재료는 가소제 폴리비닐부티랄인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 제7,8항 방법에 따라 제조된 절단성형 블랭크(cut shaped blank).
