본 고안은 당근, 감자, 무우, 고구마등의 껌질을 벗기는 농산물껍질 탈피기에 관한 것으로서, 특징은, 회전원통내면에 연마석을 접착하여 회전원통을 고속회전시에 연마석과 농산물과의 접촉마찰력에 의하여 껍질을 볏길 수 있도록 함으로써 짧은 시간내에 농산물의 껍질을 대량으로 벗길 수 있도록 한데 있다.
종래에는 많은량의 농산물을 소모하는 음식점이나 식품공장에서는 농산물의 껍질을 순전히 인력에 의하여 벗기게 되므로 인력과 시간을 많이 소비하면서도 대량으로 탈피시키는데 많은 어려움이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소시킬 수 있도록 한 매우 합리적인 구조의 농산물껍질 탈피기를 안출하게 된 것인데, 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
회전원통(2)은 모우터(6)와 연동되는 감속기(7)의 풀리(8)와 벨트(9)로 연결하여 회전시킬 수 있도록 한 공지의 것에 있어서, 기대(1)의 상, 하 좌, 우 안내로울러(3A)(3B)(3C)(3D)(4A)(4B)(4C)(4D)를 유착하여, 상기의 안내로울러(3A)(3B)(3C)(3D)(4A)(4B)(4C)(4D) 에는 내면에 연마석(5)을 접착한 회전원통(2)의 안내로 (2A)(2B)를 접촉시켜서 된것이다.
미설명부호 201은 입구이고, 202는 출구이며, 10은 배출구이고, 11은 개폐판이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
모우터(6)를 작동시키면 감속기(7)의 풀리(8)와 벨트(9)로 연결되고, 안내로울러(3A)(3B)(3C)(3D)(4A)(4B)(4C)(4D)에 지지된 회전원통(2)은 회전하게 된다.
이의 상태에서 입구(201)에 껍질을 벗기고자하는 농산물을 투입하게 되면, 회전원통(2)의 회전력에 의하여 농산물도 자회전하면서 연마석(2)에 접착마찰되면서 껍질이 볏겨져 입구(202)측으로 이동되어 배출케 되는 것인데, 상기의 작동에 있어서 농산물은 미세요철면으로 된 연마석(5)과의 접촉마찰력에 의하여 겉껍질만 얇고 고르게 벗겨지게 되므로 종래의 칼등으로 벗길때와 같이 껍질외의 속부분이 껍질과 같이 잘려나가게 되므로 인한 허실을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 농산물의 껍질을 회전되는 회전원통(2)내면에 접착된 연마석(3)과의 접촉마찰력에 의하여 벗기게 되므로 적은 인력으로 짧은 시간내에 대량으로 탈피시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 회전원통(2)은 모우터(6)와 연동되는 감속기(7)의 풀리(8)와 벨트(9)로 연결하여 회전시킬 수 있도록 한 공지의 것에 있어서,
    개대(1)의 상, 하 좌, 우에 안내로울러(3A)(3B)(3C)(3D)(4A)(4B)(4C)(4D)를 유착하여, 상기의 안내로울러(3A)(3B)(3C)(3D)(4A)(4B)(4C)(4D) 에는 내면에 연마석(5)을 접착한 회전원통(2)의 안내로 (2A)(2B)를 접촉시켜서 된 농산물껍질 탈피기.
