Abstract

본 발명은 흡수층 및 그와 액체 교통이 이루어지는 서지층, 및 이 흡수층과 서지층의 일부를 덮고 있는 액체 불투과성 차단층으로 이루어지며, 허리 부분에서 보유력이 개선된 일회용 흡수용품에 대한 것이다. 흡수 구조체의 정면 연부는 허리 탄성 부재의 배면 연부로부터 소정의 분리 거리만큼 떨어져 있게 함으로써 제품 상의 허리 탄성 부재의 봉쇄 효과를 증강시킨다.

Description

허리 보유 및 봉쇄성이 개선된 일회용 흡수용품

제1도는 본 발명의 주 요소를 도입한 일회용 흡수용품의 한 유형을 보여주는 사시도.

Claims (24)

  1. 정면 연부를 가진 정면부와 배면 연부를 가진 배면부로 이루어진 배면 시이트; 이 배면 시이트 상에 배치되고, ⅰ)정면 연부와 배면 연부로 이루어진 흡수층과 ⅱ)이 흡수층 상에 배치되고, 각각 흡수층 정면 연부 및 흡수층 배면 연부로부터 안쪽으로 떨어져 있는 정면 및 배면 연부로 이루어진 서지층으로 이루어진 흡수 구조체; 및 상기 흡수층의 상기 정면 연부를 덮고 있는 액체 불투과성 차단층으로 이루어진 일회용 흡수용품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 구조체가 정면 영역 두께가 정면 영역 표면을 가진 정면 영역, 및 배면 영역두께와 배면 영역 표면을 가진 배면 영역으로 이루어지고, 상기 정면 영역 두께는 상기 배면 영역 두께보다 크며, 상기 정면 영역 표면과 상기 배면 영역 표면 상이에 연장된 내측 흡수벽을 한정하고, 상기 서지층이 상기 내측 흡수벽과 액체 교통을 이루도록 한 흡수용품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정면 영역 두께가 약 7mm이하의 건조 두께 및 약 13mm이하의 최대 습윤 두께를 갖는 흡수용품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배면 시이트 정면부에 결합되고, 정면 연부 및 배면 연부로 이루어진 허리 탄성부재를 더 갖추었으며, 상기 허리 탄성 부재의 배면 연부가 상기 흡수층의 상기 정면 연부로부터 약 3cm 이상의 거리를 두고 떨어져 있는 흡수용품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 액체 불투과성 차단층이 신장성인 흡수용품.
  6. 배면 시이트; 이 배면 시이트 상에 배치되고, ⅰ)정면부, 서혜부 및 후면부로 이루어진 흡수층, ⅱ)상기 흡수층이 상기 정면부 상에 배치된 흡수 패널, 및 ⅲ)적어도 상기 흡수층이 상기 서혜부 상에 배치된 서지층으로 이루어진 흡수 구조체; 및 상기 흡수 패널과 상기 서지층의 일부를 모두 덮고 있는 액체 불투과성 차단층으로 이루어진 일회용 흡수용품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 차단층이 신장성인 흡수용품.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 흡수패널과 상기 흡수층의 상기 정면부가 약 7mm이하의 건조 두께 및 약 13mm이하의 최대 습윤 두께를 갖는 흡수용품.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 배면 시이트 정면부와 배면부로 이루어지며, 상기 배면 시이트와 상기 정면부에 연결되고, 상기 흡수층의 정면 연부로부터 약 3cm 이상의 거리를 두고 떨어져 있는 배연부를 갖는 허리탄성 부재를 더 갖춘 흡수용품.
  10. 정면 연부를 가진 정면부와 배면 연부를 가진 배면부로 이루어진 배면 시이트; 및 이 배면 시이트 상에 배치되고, ⅰ)배면 영역 두께 및 배면 영역 표면을 가진 배면 영역과, 상기 배면 영역 두께보다 크며, 상기 정면 영역 표면과 상기 배면 영역 표면 사이에 연장된 내측 흡수벽을 한정하는 정면 영역 두께 및 정면 영역 표면을 가진 정면 영역 및 ⅱ)상기 배면부 상에 배치되고, 상기 내측 흡수벽과 상당한 액체 교통이 이루어지는 서지층으로 이루어진 흡수 구조체로 이루어진 일회용 흡수용품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 배면 시이트 상기 정면부에 결합되고, 상기 흡수 구조체의 정면 연부로부터약 3cm 이상의 거리를 두고 떨어져 있는 배면 연부를 가진 허리 탄성 부재를 더 갖춘 흡수용품.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 정면 영역 두께가 약 7mm이하의 건조 두께 및 약 13mm이하의 최대 습윤 두께를 갖는 흡수용품.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 서지층의 정면 연부를 덮고 있는 액체 불투과성 차단층을 더 갖춘 흡수용품.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 차단층이 신장성인 흡수용품.
  15. 배면 시이트; 이 배면 시이트 상에 배치되고, ⅰ)정면부, 서혜부 및 후면부로 이루어진 흡수층, ⅱ)상기 흡수층의 상기 정면부 상에 배치된 흡수 패널, 및 ⅲ)적어도 상기 서혜부 상에 배치되고, 그 일부가 상기 흡수 층과 상기 흡수 패널 사이에 놓인 서지층으로 이루어진 흡수 구조체 ; 및 상기 흡수 패널을 덮고 있는 액체 불토과성 차단층으로 이루어진 일회용 흡수용품.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 차단층이 그 일부가 상기 흡수 패널 아래로 접혀들어간 것인 흡수용품.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 패널이 상기 흡수층의 접혀진 부분인 흡수용품.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 흡수패널 및 상기 흡수층의 상기 정면부가 약 7mm이하의 건조 두께 및 약 13mm이하의 최대 습윤 두께를 갖는 흡수용품.
  19. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 차단층이 신장성인 흡수용품.
  20. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 배면 시이트가 정면부를 갖추고 있으며, 상기 배면 시이트의 상기 정면부에 결합되고, 상기 흡수층의 정면 연부로부터 약 3cm 이상의 거리를 두고 떨어져 있는 배면 연부를 갖는 허리탄성 부재를 더 갖춘 흡수용품.
  21. 배면 시이트; 상기 배면 시이트 상에 배치되고, 정면부, 서혜부 및 후면부로 이루어지면서 상기 정면부가 상기 서혜부 또는 상기 후면부보다 흡수 용량이 큰 흡수층; 및 적어도 상기 흡수층이 상기 정면부의 일부를 덮고 있는 액체 불투과성 차단층으로 이루어진 일회용 흡수용품.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 흡수층이 상기 서혜부 상에 배치되고 적어도 상기 흡수층의 상기 정면부와 상당히 액체 교통이 이루어지는 서지층을 더 갖춘 흡수용품
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 흡수층이 정면 연부를 더 갖추고 있으며; 또한 상기 배면 시이트에 연결되고, 정면 연부와, 상기 흡수층의 상기 정면 연부로부터 약3cm 이상의 거리를 두고 떨어져 있는 배면 연부를 갖는 허리 탄성 부재를 더 갖춘 흡수용품.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 액체 불투과성 차단층이 신장성인 흡수용품.
