Claims (11)

  1. 각 타월이 (a) 시이트; (b) 상기 시트를 거의 절반으로 절첩한 시트내의 제1절첩부; (b) 상기 제1절첩부에 거의 평행하게 위치하여, 리드플랩 및 트레일링 플랩이 형성되게 하고 상기 리드플랩이 상기 제1절첩부부터 시작 되는 시트내의 제2절첩부로 이루어진, 삽입된 타월의 적층.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1절첩부는 분배를 위한 시트의 이중플라이 배열을 실제로 형성하는 삽입된 타월의 적층.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 트레일링 플랩은 리드플랩의 폭 보다 큰 폭을 갖는, 삽입된 타월의 적층.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 적층내의 바로 인접하여 삽입된 타월의 리드 플랩이 약 2″내지 약2.75″의 범위내에서 오버랩되는, 삽입된 타월의 적층.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 각 시트는 부직, 천연 또는 합성섬유 또는 천연 및 합성섬유 혼합물인, 삽입된 타월의 적층.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 각 시트는 ㎡당 약 40 내지 약 55g이 기본중량을 갖는, 삽입된 타월의 적층.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 각 시트는 25.4mm폭당 약 550내지 1000m의 복합강도/구조 특성을 갖는, 삽입된 타월의 적층.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 각 시트는 ㎡당 약 500g 이상의 총 수분흡수력 및 10초 미만의 흡수속도를 갖는, 삽입된 타월의 적층.
  9. 각 타월이 (a) 부직물로 된 시트; (b) 상기 시트를 거의 절반으로 절첩하여 분배를위한 이중플라이 배열를 갖는 타월을 생성하게 하는 상기 시트내의 제1절첩부; (c) 제1절첩부에 거의 평행하게 위치하여 상기 타월의 사용자가 붙잡기 위한 제1절첩부에 의해 형성된 절첩된 이주플라이 태브를 갖는 리드플랩 및 트레일링 플랩을 형성하고, 상기 제1절첩부에 대해 옵셋되는 제2절첩부로 이루어진, 삽입된 타월의 적층.
  10. 각 흡수재가 (a) 부직물로 된 시트; (b) 상기 시트를 거의 절반으로 절첩하여 분배를 위한 이중플라이 배열을 갖는 타월을 생성하게 하는 상기 시트내의 제1절첩부; (c) 제1절첩부에 거의평행하게 위치하여 상기 타월의 사용자가 붙잡기 위한 제1절첩부에 의해 형성된 절첩된 이중플라이 태브를 갖는 리드플랩 및 트레일링 플랩을 형성하고, 상기 제1절첩부에 대해 옵셋되는 제2절첩부; 그리고(d) 약2.0″내지 약2.75″의 범위로 되는 적층내의 바로 인접한 타월의 상기 리드 플랩의 오버랩으로 이루어진, 삽입된 흡수재의 적층.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 제2절첩부가 제1절첩부에 대해 옵셋되는,삽입된 흡수재의 적층.
