Abstract
본 발명은 해산물이나 각종 농수산물을 인공 건조할때 사용하는 건조기에 관한 것으로, 열풍발생기 본체(5)의 상부에는 공기흡입공(6)과 연소가스 배기공(7)을 형성하며 본체(5)의 내부에는 수개의 격판(8)을 유입공(9)이 형성되게 다단식으로 지그재그형으로 설치하고, 본체(5)의 일측에는 버너를 설치하여 본체(5)의 내부에 형성되어 있는 유입공(9)을 따라 상부로 연소통(18)을 설치하여 배기공(7)과 연결하며, 본체(5)의 하단 타측에는 흡입기(3)를 설치하여 내부의 공기를 흡입할 수 있도록 하고, 건조실(4)의 일측에는 열풍유입구(11)를 형성하여 흡입기(3)의 휀과 연결하며, 건조실(4)의 양측과 중앙부에는 열풍이 유입되는 통로(12)(13)와 채반(15) 사이에는 열풍이 골고루 분포될 수 있도록 수개의 구멍(16)이 형성되어 있는 타공망(17)을 상단은 좁고 하단은 넓은 것을 설치하여서 된 것으로서, 구조가 간단하여 제작이 간편하고 열풍발생기의 내부가 지그재그로 구성되어 있고 본체의 상부에 공기흡입공이 형성되고 하단부에는 휀이 공기를 흡입하기 때문에 열 손실이 적고 열효율을 극대화시킬 수가 있으며, 건조실의 중앙부와 양측에 안내판이 형성된 통로를 설치하고 각 통로 사이에는 상부는 좁고 하단부는 넓게 수개의 구멍이 형성된 타공망을 설치하므로서 열풍을 골고루 분사시킬 수가 있으며 각 통로에서 채반의 중앙부로 열풍을 분사하기 때문에 건조물을 빠른 시간내에 균등하게 건조시킬 수 있는 유용한 발명인 것이다.The present invention relates to a dryer used for artificial drying of seafood or various agricultural and marine products, and includes an air suction hole (6) and a combustion gas exhaust hole (7) on an upper portion of the hot air generator body (5).
