Abstract

Claims (17)

  1. 제1끝과 자유단을 가진 스트랩, 스트랩의 제1끝에 체결된 잠금헤드, 스트랩 입구끝과 스트랩 출구끝을 가진 스트랩 수용채널을 형성하는 잠금헤드상의 복수의 벽, 스트랩 수용채널내에 위치도니 자유단과 잠금헤드의 내벽에 삽입되는 장착된 끝을 가진 금속잠금장치 및 금속잠금장치의 장착된 끝이 스트랩 수용채널의 스트랩입구끝을 향한 방향으로 약간 회전되도록 잠금헤드의 스트랩 입구끝상에 형성된 포켓수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 포켓수단은 금속장치와 스트랩 수용채널 사이에 배치된 공동의 포켓인 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 공동의 포켓은 잠금헤드의 얇은 부분이 금속잠금장치의 장착된 끝아래에 있도록 충분한 깊이를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 공동의 포켓은 대체로 프리즘형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 공동의 포켓은 금속잠금장치의 폭보다 더큰폭을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 스트랩 수용채널은 잠금헤드를 통하여 가로로 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  7. 제1끝과 자유단을 가진 스트랩, 스트랩의 제1끝에 체결된 잠금헤드, 스트랩 입구끝과 스트랩 출구를 가진 스트랩 수용채널을 형성하는 잠금헤드상의 복수의 벽, 스트랩 수용채널내에 위치되는 장착된 끝과 자유단을 가지고 있고 잠금헤드에 장착되는 금속잠금장치, 잠금헤드의 스트랩 입구끝상에 형성된 공동의 포켓으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 공동의 포켓은 금속장금장치의 자유단에 대하여 스트랩 수용채널을 통한 스트랩의 회전에 따라 포켓을 향한 금속잠금장치의 장착된 끝의 회전을 증가 시키기 위하여 금속잠금장치의 장착된 끝에서 충분하게 폐쇄되게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 공동의 포켓은 대체로 프리즘형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 공동의 포켓은 금속장금장치의 폭보다 더 큰폭을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 스트랩 수용채널은 잠금헤드를 통하여 가로로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 금속잠금장치는 스트랩 수용채널의 내벽에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  13. 잠금헤드가 후방벽내에 부분적으로 삽입된 금속잠금방치를 가진 스트랩 수용채널을 형성하고 잠금헤드의 후방벽에 일체로 된 스트랩을 가진 케이블에 있어서, 후방벽의 스트랩측상에 형성된 공동의 넥부분을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 공동의 넥부분은 금속잠금장치의 삽입된 끝의 각측상에 벽두께가 대체로 동일하도록 하는 깊이로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  15. 금속잠금장치의 장착된 끝이 스트랩 수용채널의 스트랩 입구끝을 향한 방향으로 약간 회전하도록 잠금헤드의 스트랩 입구끝상에 형성된 포켓을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 타이.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 스트랩은 연신제작형 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 잠금헤드의 내벽의 후방측상에 형성된 공동의 넥부분을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이.
