Abstract

적층 입자판지 제조시 판지에 연속접착시키기 적절한 필름을 발표하며 이 필름은 중기투과성이고 반-경화된 침지수지에 침지시키며 필름 한면에 부분경화 아교층을 다른 한면에 완전경화래커층을 공급하고 이 필름은 적층 입자판지 제조시 형성된 기체에 대한 투과성을 갖는다. 필름 제조방법과 또한 연속 직접식 적층 공정에 따른 적층 입자판지 제조방법도 발표한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 필름은 증기 침투성이며 95%이상의 경화도로 반-경화(semi-cure)하고 적층 입자판지 제조시 입자판지속에 형성된 기체에 대한 투과성이 있는 수지에 적신 30 내지 150g/m2중량의 기본지로 되고 입자판지와 접촉한 필름의 한면은 부분경화된 접착제층을 바르고 다른 한면인 표면은 적층 입자판지 제조시 생성된 기체에 대한 투과성이 있는 완전경화된 래커층을 바른 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 입자판지 제조를 위한 직접 연속공정에서 입자판지에 부착하는 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, ASTM E-96에 따른 수증기 전달율은 11g.h(-),m(-2)이고 수증기 투과율은 0.9.kgPa(-1).s(-1).m(-2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 침지수지는 75 : 25 내지 40 : 60특히 70 : 30 내지 50 : 50의 중량미로 된 우레아-포름알데히드 수지 및 아크릴 에멀젼의 복합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
  4. 제1∼3항에 있어서, 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지는 내수성 생성물을 제공하는 접착제로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
  5. 제1∼3항에 있어서, 우레아-포름알데히드 수지를 접착제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
  6. 제1∼3항에 있어서, 열경화성 아크릴수지를 접착제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
  7. 제1∼6항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르/메톡시 메틸 멜라민 래커를 표면래커로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
  8. 제1∼7항에 있어서, 아크릴/메톡시 메틸 멜라민 래커를 표면래커로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
  9. 제1∼6항에 있어서, UV방출 경화된 아크릴 또는 폴리에스테르 래커를 표면래커로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
  10. 입자판지에 연속 부착하는 중기투과성 필름을 제조하는 것으로 : (a)응집물 속에 형성된 기체에 대한 투과성이 있는 침지수지(2)에 셀룰로오스 웨브(1)를 침지하고; (b)오븐(7)에 가열 및 반-경화를 위해 수지-침지 셀룰로오스 웨브를 통과시키고, (c)침지된 반경화 셀룰로오스 웨브를 아교용기(8)에 통과시키고; (d)아교층 바른 침지, 반경화 셀룰로오스 웨브를 부분경화를 위해 오븐(11)에 통과시키고, (e)웨브에 래커 표면피막을 형성하기 위해 래커용기(13)에 셀룰로오스 웨브를 통과시키고 또한 (f)래커 경화를 위해 오븐(16)에 웨브를 통과시키는 단계로 부터 필름을 수득하고, (e)단계는 (c)단계와 (d)단계전에 수행할 수 있고 따라서 반-경화 침지수지 혼합물로 완전경화, 침지된 표면래커피막과 또한 부분경화된 아교 하부층을 가진 증기투과성 셀룰로오스 필름을 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는필름 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, UV방출로 경화하는 아크릴 또는 폴리에스테르 래커를 표면래커로 사용할때 UV 터널이 오븐(16)전에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 제조방법.
  12. 우레아-포름알데히드 수지와 아크릴 에멀전 복합물인 침지 수지에 침지시키고 나뭇조각 덩어리에 접촉하는 표면위에 부분경화 포름알데히드 아교를 바른 한편 다른 한면은 결합체인 폴리에스테르나 아크릴 수지함유 완전경화 내열성 래커를 바른 것으로된 95% 이상의 경화도를 갖는 중기 투과성 필름을 아교바른 나뭇조각 덩어리 이동시 한면 또는 양면에 칠하는 것으로 되고 이 덩어리와 필름은 연속 직접식 적층판 제조용 압착기에 통과압착 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층입자판지 제조방법.
