Abstract

본 발명은 다수의 병(14)을 운반하기 위해 손잡이 부분(12)을 갖는 바스켓 타입의 컨테이너(11)를 제공하는 것이다. 상기 콘테이너(11)는 측벽(18)과 말단벽(24,25)을 갖는다. 또한 컨테이너(11)안에서 병을 유지시키고 꺼냄을 방지하기 위해 측벽(18)과 손잡이 부분(12)사이에 연장된 유지판넬이 있다. 유지부분(15)을 손상시키고 병을 꺼낼 수 있도록 라인이 제공될 수 있다.

Claims (17)

  1. 손잡이 부분, 바닥벽, 두 개의 대향하는 측벽 및 두 개의 대향하는 말단벽을 갖는 바스켓 부분, 및 상기 바스켓 부분의 제품을 유하기 위한 유지 수단으로 이루어지고, 상기 유지수단은 개구가 제공된 하나 또는 그 이상의 영역을 가지며, 상기 영역은 초기 제품 보유부를 구비하고, 제품의 이동을 위해 제거 또는 부분적으로 제거되는 개방부를 구비하며, 상기 손잡이 부분 및 바스켓 부분은 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 영역의 제거 또는 부분적 제거 후에 실질적으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수의 제품용 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유지 수단이 각 측벽에서 손잡이 부분쪽으로 연장된 일부분으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일부분이 상기 측벽의 연장면이며, 상기 손잡이 부분의 적어도 일부를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전체 또는 각 영역이 연장면에 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전체 또는 각 영역이 점선 또는 절단선과 같은 라인으로 경계지어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연장면에 제품의 상부를 담을수 있는 개구가 각 제품마다 하나씩 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 바스켓 부분이 2열 제품을 담을 수 있고 각 제품은 연합된 개구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 라인이 각 연장면상의 가장자리 개구의 하부와 연결되고 다른 개구아래를 지나 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  9. 제6항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각 연장면의 가장자리 부분들이 판지의 두배 두께로 강화됨을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  10. 제3항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이 부분이 연장면의 상부 부분이 접착되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 각 상부가 접히는 부분에 의해 두배의 두께임을 특징으로하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  12. 제10항 및 제11항에 있어서, 상기 연장면의 상부 여분에 손잡이를 제공하기 위한 구멍이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 말단벽이 적어도 하나의 측벽과 접힐 수 있도록 연결된 하나 또는 그 이상의 판넬에 의해 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 각 말단벽이 각각의 측벽에 부착된 두 개의 판넬로 구성되고, 이들이 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 말단벽의 각 말단 판넬의 말단부분은 그것의 연합된 말단 판넬과 접힐 수 있도록 연결되고, 안쪽으로 접어서 상기 연합된 말단 판넬 부분의 인접한 부분과 접착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입 판지 컨테이너.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 말단부분은 일부를 자르고 이를 접어 부착시켜 이용하므로써 각 제품에 대해 개개의 칸막이로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 바스켓 타입 판지 컨테이너.
  17. 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항의 바스켓 타입의 판지 컨테이너를 제조하기 위한 블랭크.
