Abstract

주스 분배기(12)내에 삽입된 농축물 용기(10)내의 주스음료의 소정의 농축물 대 물의 홉합비를 자동적으로 식별하고, 소정의 비율로 혼합비 제어장치를 자동적으로 절환하는 식별장치, 식별장치는 용기(10)의 충전 플러그상에 표시된 혼합비 눈금을 갖춘 음료 혼합비 식별부재와 분배기내에 배치된 센서(16)를 포함한다. 감지된 정보는 분배기내의 혼합비 제어장치에 의해 사용되어, 펌프 모터속도를 변화시킴으로써 소정의 혼합비를 제공한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 후혼합 음료 분배기내에 삽입된 농축물 용기내의 음료의 혼합비를 자동적으로 식별하는 장치로서, 상기 식별장치가 - 농축물 용기 수용실을 포함하는 후혼합 음료 분배기와, - 상기 수용실내에 위치하는 음료 혼합비 식별 센서와, - 상기 수용실내에 위치하며, 음료 혼합비 눈금을 포함하는 농축물 용기로 구성되고, - 상기 분배기는 상기 수용실내에서 상기 용기를 일방향으로 수용하고 지지하는 수단을 포함하며, 상기 용기상의 상기 음료 혼합비 눈금은 상기 용기상에서, 상기 용기가 상기 수용실내에서 일방향으로 위치하고 있을때 상기 눈금이 상기 센서에 인접하는 위치에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 분배기용 음료 혼합비 식별장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기는 충전 플러그를 포함하며, 상기 눈금은 상기 충전 플러그상에 표시되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 분배기용 음료 혼합비 식별장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 상기 수용실내에 장착된 한쌍의 홀효과 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 분배기용 음료 혼합비 식별장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 나란히 배치된 한쌍의 스프링 편이, 이중위치 요동부재를 포함하며, 상기 요동부재는 각각 센서 암과 접촉 암을 구비하고, 상기 센서 암에는 자석이 설치되어 있고, 상기 자석 각각은, 상기 요동부재가 제1위치에 있을 때 상기 홀 효과 센서 각각에 인접한 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 분배기용 혼합비 식별 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 눈금은 상기 충전 플러그로부터 연장되어 상기 요동부재의 접촉 암중 어느 하나의 암과 선택적으로 접촉하거나 두개의 암 모두에 접촉하는 탭인 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 분배기용 음료 혼합비 식별장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배기는 감지된 소정의 음료 혼합비에 응답하여 분배된 음료의 혼합비를 자동적으로 절환하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 분배기용 음료 혼합비 식별장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 자동절환수단은 농출물 펌프모터와 모터속도를 변화시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 분배기용 음료 혼합비 식별장치.
  8. - 주스 농출물 용기로 구성되며, - 상기 용기는 충전 플러그를 포함하고, - 상기 충전 플러그는 음료 혼합비 식별눈금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 눈금은 상기 충전 플러그에서 외측으로 연장되는 텝을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
