Abstract
본 발명은 케이블과 수축성 불소-함유 피복물사이에 탄성체 및/또는 TPE의 연속층을 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성이 향상된 수축성 플루오로중합체오 피복된 케이블에 관한 것이다. 수축성 플루오로중합체로는 하나 이상의 다른 중합체와 배합될 수도 있는 50%이상의 비닐리덴 플루오라이드기를 주성분으로 하는 비닐리덴 플루오라이드의 단일중합체 및 공중합체를 사용하는 것이 유리하며, 탄성체 및/또는 TRE로는 TPU 및/또는 폴리에스테르-기재 TPE 및/또는 아크릴 탄성체 및 TPE를 사용하는 것이 유리하다. 이들 피복된 케이블은 특히 전기 케이블과 광 케이블 용으로 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 노출되거나 복합적인 케이블과 수축성 플루오로 중합체 피복물 사이에 탄성체 및 /또는 열가소성 탄성체의 연속적인 중간층이 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 수축성, 바람직하게는 빈-결정성의 플루오로중합체로 피복된 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄성체가 수축성 중합체보다 낮은 강성도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 탄성체가 열가소성 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리아미드-기재 열가소성 탄성체 및/또는 폴리에스테르-기재 열가소성 탄성체 및/또는 아크릴 탄성체 및 아트릴 열가소성 탄성체에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수축성 플루오로중합체가, 하나 이상의 다른 중합체와 배합될 수도 있는, 50%이상의 비닐리덴 플루오라이드기를 주성분으로 하는 비닐리덴 플루오라이드의 단일중합체 및 공중합체로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
- 수축성 플루오로중합체 피복물과 탄성체 및/또는 열가소성 탄성체의 중간층을 동시에 공압출시켜 노출 케이블 상에 직접 공압출시킬 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 피복된 케이블의 제조 방법.
- 압출-피복시키거나 또는 용매에 탄성체를 용해시킨 다음 가교 및/또는 용매를 증발시킴으로써 노출 케이블에 탄성체 층을 피복한 후, 압출-피복에 의해 이 조립체에 수축성 플루오로중합체 층을 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 피복된 케이블의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 피복된 케이블 제조용 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광 케이블용 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
