Abstract

단일 릴형 테이프 카트리지(10)는 카트리지의 오소거방지 홈(54)내에 회전가능하게 위치된 소거방지장치(58)을 포함한다. 상기 장치(58)는 상기 홈을 통해 노출된 중앙부(60)와 두 말단부(62)(64)를 포함한다. 카바부재(36)는 상기 중앙부가 상기 홈을 통하여 노출되도록 상기 소거방지장치를 지지하기 위한 지지부를 갖는다.상기 지지부는 상기 소거방지장치의 말단부(64)를 수납하기 위한 보스(70)와, 상기 보스(70)내에 위치하여 상기 소거방지장치의 말단부내에 형성된 개구(74)내로 연장가능한 기둥부재(72)를 포함한다. 상기 기둥부재(72)는 테이퍼형으로 될 수도 있으며, 그 높이는 보스의 높이보다 클 수도 있다. 베이스 부재(34)는 상기 소거방지 장치의 말단부(62)를 수용하기 위한 보스(68)를 포함한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 개구(74)가 형성된 말단부(64)를 구비한 소거방지장치(58)을 갖는 테이프 카트리지 하우징부재(36)에 있어서; 주벽(52)과; 후방벽(46)과, 두 측벽(48)과; 카트리지 구동장치와 작동하도록 된 오소거방지 홈(54)을 갖는 전병벽(50)과; 상기 전방벽의 오소거방지 홈(54)에 인접하여 위치하며, 상기 소거방지장치의 말단부(64)를 수납하기 위한 보스(70)와, 상기 보스(70)내에 위치하며 상기 소거방지장치의 말단부 개구(74)애로 연장가능한 기둥부재(72)로 구성되어, 상기 소거방지장치를 지지하기 위한 지지수단을 포함하는 테이프 카트리지 하우징부재(36).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기둥바재(72)가 테이퍼형으로 되어 있는 테이프 카트리지 하우징부재(36).
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기둥부재(72)의 높이는 상기 보스(70)의 높이보다 크도록 되어 있는 테이프 카트리지 하우징 부재(36).
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징부재가 카바부재(30)이고, 그 내에서 상기 카바부재(30)는 베이스부재(34)에 조립되어 하우징을 형성하도록 되어 있으며, 상기 기둥부재(72)가 소직경 말단부의 구멍(74)안으로 결합되는 구조가 상기 카바부재(36)와 상기 베이스부재(34)의 조립공정을 개선시키며, 최종조립공정 동안에 썸휠이 하우징 내에서 보다 명확하게 배치 및 배역될 수 있게 하며, 조립 과정동안에는 상기 소거방지장치를 정렬시키는 기능 하고, 상기 소거방지장치가 만약 정렬된 위치를 심하게 이탈할 때에는 하우징의 조립을 불가능하게 하는 기능을 하도록 된 테이프 카트리지 하우징부재.
  5. 중앙부(60)와 상기 중앙부(60)의 축선 말단에 각각 위치하는 제2및 제2말단부(62)(64)를 포함하며, 상기 제2말단부(64)에는 개구(74)가 형성된 소거방지징치(58)를 갖는 단일 릴형 테이프 카트리지 하우징에 있어서; 하부벽(44)과, 후방벽(46)과, 두 측벽(48)과, 전병벽(42)과, 상기 전방벽(42)에 인접하여 위치하며, 상기 소거방지장치의 제1말단부(62)를 수납하기 위한 보스(68)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 소거방지방치를 지지하기 우한 지지수단을 포함하는 베이스부재(34)와; 상기 주벽은 상부벽(52)이고, 상기 소거방지장치(58) 지지수단은 중앙부(60)를 상기 오소거방지 홈(54)을 통해 노출시키는 형태로 되어 있고, 상기 지지수단의 보스(70)는 상기 소거방지장치의 제2말단부(64)를 수납하도록 되어 있고, 기둥부재(72)는 상기 소거방지장치의 제2말단부(64)에 형성된 개구(74)내로 연장된 형태의 제4항의 카바부재(36)를 포함하는 단일 릴형 테이프 카트리지 하우징.
  6. 상기 제5항의 하우징과, 테이프(14)가 감겨진 릴을 포함하고, 상기 소거방지장치(58)가 카트리지 구동장치와 작용하도록 된 단일 릴형 테이프 카트리지(10).
  7. 단일 릴형 테이프 카트리지(10)에 사용되는 소거방지장치(58)에 있어서; 대직경 중앙부(60)와; 상기 중앙부의 축선의 일단부에 위치한 제1소직경 말단부(62)와; 상기 제1소직경 말단부(62)의 반대측인 상기 중앙부의 축선의 타단부에 위치하며, 상기 단일 릴형 테이프 카트리지내에 상기 소거방지장치를 배치 및 고정하기 위한 기둥부재(72)가 수납될 수 있는 개구(74)가 그 끝에 형성되어 있는 제2소직경 말단부(64)를 포함하는 소거방지장치(58).
