Abstract

화상형성매체(1)로부터 토너화상을 수상물질로 이송하기 위한 장치로서 이 장치가 제1이송영역에서 화상형성매체(12)와 접촉하는 상부층을 갖는 무단가동형 중간매체(12), 중간매체(12)의 상부층에 있는 토너화상을 가열하기 위한 가열수단(17), 제2이송영역에서 중간매체(12)와 접촉가능한 편중수단(22), 제2이송영역을 통하여 수상물질을 이송하기 위한 이송수단(24), 중간매체의 상부층으로 이송된 불순물을 이 불순물을 파괴하는 물질에 접촉시키므로서 중간매체상부층으로부터 불순물을 제거하기 위하여 제공된 수단으로 구성된다.

Claims (16)

  1. 후측부를 통하여 고정되는 상부층(42)이 구비된 지지체(40)로 구성되고 제1이송영역에서 화상평성매체(12)에 접촉하는 무단가동형 중간매체(12), 중간매체의 상부층(12)에 형성된 토너화상을 가열하기위한 가열단(17), 제2이송영역에서 중간매체(12)와 접촉될 수 있게된 편중수단(22)과, 제2이송영역을 통하여 수상물질을 이송하기위한 이송수단(24)으로 구성되는 화상형성매체(1)로부터 토너화상을 수상물질로 이송하는 토너화상이송장치에 있어서, 수상물질에 의하여 중간매체의 상부층(42)으로 이송된 불순물을 파괴하기 위한 불순물파괴 수단이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 화상형성매체로부터 토너화상을 수상물질로 이송하는 토너화상장치.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 불순물파괴수단이 불순물을 파괴하고 불순물에 접촉될 수 잇는 물질로 구성되며 불순물을 파괴하는 상기 물질이 전이금속화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 청구범위2항에 있어서, 전이금속화합물의 전이금속이 0.5이상의 환원전위를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 청구범위 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 전이금속화합물이 VⅡB족또는 VⅢB족으로부터의 전이금속을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 전이금속화합물이 망간을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 청구범위 5항에 있어서, 전이금속화합물이 망간옥토에이트, 망간시클로헥실 부티레이트, 망간스테아르산염, 망간아세틸아세토네이트로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 청구범위 2-6항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전이금속화합물이 하나이상의 카르복실레이트 리간드를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 청구범위 2-7항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전이금속화합물이 상부층에 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 청구범위8항에 있어서, 적어도 0.5중량％의 전이금속화합물이 상부층에 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 청구범위 2-7항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전이금속화합물이 상부층아래에 배치된 중간층에 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 청구범위 10항에 있어서, 중간층이 고무물질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 청구범위 11항에 있어서, 고무물질이 실리콘 고무로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 청구범위 10또는 11항에 있어서, 적어도 0.5중량%의 전이금속화합물이 고무물질에 혼합됨을 특징으로하는 장치.
  14. 청구범위2-7항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전이금속화합물이 제2및 제1이송영역사이에서 중간매체의 상부층에 접촉될 수 있는 세정수단(35)에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  15. 청구범위 14항에 있어서, 전이금속화합물이 고무물질에 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 청구범위 15항에 있어서, 적어도 0.5중량%의 전이금속화합물이 고무물질에 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
