Abstract

La présente invention concerne une feuille permettant de prendre des clichés de micro-organismes. Cette feuille est constituée pour l'essentiel d'un support flexible poreux qui possède au moins d'un côté une surface adhésive. Le côté adhésif de la feuille est mis en contact avec la surface où l'on recherche les micro-organismes, est retiré et disposé avec le côté opposé à la surface de contact sur un milieu nutritif pour micro-organismes et est incubé. Application à la prise de clichés et à la mise en évidence semi-quantitative de micro-organismes.
