Abstract
본 발명은 비 발광형 평판 표시 소자(nonemissive flat displays)에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 전계 효과형 액정 표시 장치의 일종인 트위스티드 네마틱형(twisted nematic type: TN형) 액정 표시 장치 또는 슈퍼 트위스티드 네마틱형(super twisted nematic type: STN형) 액체표시 장치에 관한 것이다.
즉, 본 발명에 따른 액정 표시 장치는 도전성이 떨어지는 ITO전극 (약 10Ω/cm2) 대신 도전성이 우수한 유기물 고분자 전극(10-2∼10-3Ω/cm2)을 사용함과 동시에 전극 자체를 컬러화 함으로써, 화상의 품질이 우수하고, 공정의 단순화가 가능하여 제조 가격을 줄일 수 있으며, 가볍고 내구성이 우수한 플래스틱 패널을 기판으로 사용하면 동일 폴리머 계통이므로, 접착력등이 우수하여 내구성이 뛰어난 잇점이 있다.

Claims (2)
- 그 상호 대응면에 액정 배향 제어막을 가지며, 소망하는 표시 패턴에 따른 전극을 가진 2매의 투명한 유리 기판의 주변을 시일재로 시일하고, 유리 기판 사이에 액정을 봉입하여 된 액정 표시 장치에 있어서, 상기 2매의 유리 기판중 어느 일측의 기판의 내면에 컬러 필터가 형성되고, 상기 액정 표시 장치의 구동 전극은 소정의 전도성을 가지는 전도성 유기물 고분자로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 그 상호 대응면에 액정 배향 제어막을 가지며, 소망하는 표시 패턴에 따른 구동 전극이 소정의 전도성을 가지는 전도성 유기물 고분자로 이루어진 전극을 가진 2매의 투명한 유리 기판의 주변을 시일재로 시일하고, 상기 유리 기판 사이에 액정을 봉입하여 된 액정 표시 장치에 있어서, 상기 액정 표시 장치의 전도성 유기물 고분자 전 중 어느 하나는 컬러화된 전도성 유기물 고분자 전극으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
