Abstract

본 발명의 흡수식 냉온수기는, 보일러를 가지는 고온재생기와 증발기, 흡수기, 응축기, 저온재생기 및 다수의 열교환기로 구성된 흡수식 냉온수기에 있어서, 배기가스를 이용한 급탕기를 구성한 것으로 급탕기는 상부에 고온재생기에서 유입된 배기가스와 급탕보일러에서 유입된 배기가스가 냉수와 열교환할 수 있도록 배가스 열교환기를 구성하고 하부에 노동부와 연관부로된 급탕 보일러로 구성되고 저탕탱크와 팽창탱크 및 배관으로 연결되어 고온재생기에서 200℃정도의 배기가스를 열에너지로 사용하므로 열효율이 향상되고, 흡수식 냉온수기를 구성하는 밀폐 사이클이 증기의 변동이 없이 안정된 열균형을 유지하며, 급탕온도의 조절이 용이하다.

Claims (3)

  1. 보일러를 가지는 고온재생기와, 증발기, 흡수기, 응축기, 저온재생기 및 다수의 열교환기로 구성된 흡수식 냉온수기에 있어서, 배기가스를 이용한 급탕기를 구성한 것으로 급탕기는 상부에 고온재생기에서 유입된 배기가스와 급탕보일러에서 유입된 배기가스가 냉수와 열교환할 수 있도록 배가스 열교환기를 구성하고 하부에 노동부와 연관부로된 급탕 보일러로 구성되고 저탕탱크와 팽창탱크 및 배관으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수식 냉온수기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 온수기, 상기 급탕기의 온수온도를 조절하기 위해 급탕보일러 입구 온수온도를 감지하여 급탕보일러의 연료량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수식 냉온수기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 급탕기의 온수량을 조절하기 위해 배가스 열교환기 입구에 유량조정용 플로우트실(5)와 분리판(6) 및 오버플로 배관(9)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수식 냉온수기.
