Abstract

본 발명은 전자렌지의 다기능 선택장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 기계식 전자렌지에서는 각각 노브에 의해서만 다기능 선택을 할 수 있도록 이루어져 있어서, 콘트롤판넬의 기구구성이 복잡하고, 제어의 정확성이 덜어지는 단점이 있었다.
본 발명은 이를 감안하여 로타리식 가변저항으로 온도세팅을 하는 온도노브와, 마그네트론, 그릴, 컨벡션, 콤비기능을 선택하는 선택노브와, 타이머노브를 설치하고, 전자렌지의 구동회로에 제어부(40)를 구비시켜 기능선택 및 온도세팅여부에 따라 마그네트론, 히터 및 컨벡션의 구동을 각기 제어함과 아울러 서어미스터를 통해 온도를 감지해서 고내온도제어를 하고, 솔레노이드를 제어토록 구성함으로써, 기계식 선택노브와 더불어 전자식 제어부를 겸하므로 기구적 구성을 간소화시키고 아울러 제어의 정확성을 높일 수 있게 된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 로타리식 가변저항값으로 고내 온도설정을 하는 온도노브(10)와, 다단출력의 마그네트론, 그릴, 컨벡션 및 다단의 콤비기능을 선택하는 선택노브(20) 및 조리시간을 설정하는 타이머노브(30)를 구비하고, 타이머 스위치를 통해 전원을 공급받아 선택노브의 선택, 상기 온도노브(10)에 의한 세팅된 가변저항치에 의거한 설정온도 및 온도검출 서어미스터(42)의 온도감지에 따라 마그네트론, 히터, 컨벡션 모터의 구동을 제어하는 제어부(40) 및 그 제어부(40)의 제어를 받아 댐퍼를 구동하는 솔레노이드(43)를 포함시켜 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 다기능 선택제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부(40)는, 상기 선택노브(20)에 의해 연동되는 마그네트론/히터 선택스위치(52)의 마그네트론 선택스위치(M/S2)의 온/오프 상태와 상기 온도노브(10)에 의해 세팅되는 가변저항(41)의 온도조절 세팅 여부에 의거하여 마그네트론 구동릴레이(M-RY)와 히터 및 컨벡션 모터를 구동시키기 위한 히터 및 컨벡션 구동 릴레이(53)를 제어하고, 아울러 댐퍼구동용 솔레노이드를 제어토록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 다기능 선택제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부(40)는, 온도노브(10)에 의해 연동되는 가변저항(41)의 저항치에 따라 컨벡션 온 온도와 컨벡션 오프 온도를 설정하고, 고내 온도를 서어미스터(42)를 통해 감지하여 설정된 컨벡션 온/오프 온도와의 비교에 따라 컨벡션 모터 및 히터의 구동을 제어하여 온도조절을 하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 다기능 선택 제어장치.
