Abstract

본 발명은 연소배기가스를 재순환시키는 배기가스 순환파이프에서 발생된 드레인이 연소용 송풍기 내로 흡인되는 것을 저지함으로써, 이 드레인에 의한 연소용 송풍기나 연소기기의 부식 등의 악영향을 방지할 수 있는 강제급기식 연소장치에 관한 것으로서, 연소용 송풍기(2)에 의하여 강제급기되는 가스버너(3)와, 상기 가스버너(3)의 연소배기가스를 배출시키는 배기통(4)의 선단부(41)와, 상기 배기통(4)의 선단부(41)와 상기 연소용 송풍기(2)의 흡기구(21)를 연결하여 연소배기가스의 일부를 상기 가스버너(3)로 재순환시키는 배기가스 순환 파이프(6)를 구비한 강제급기식 연소장치에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 순환파이프(6)는 상기 송풍기(2)의 흡기구(21)에서 배기통(4)의 선단부(41)를 향하여 하향되도록 배관한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 연소용 송풍기에 의하여 강제급기되는 가스버너와, 상기 가스버너의 연소배기가스를 배출시키는 배기통과, 상기 배기통과 상기 연소용 송풍기의 흡기구를 연결하여 연소배기가스의 일부를 상기 가스버너로 재순환시키는 배기가스 순환파이프를 구비한 강제급기식 연소장치에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 순환파이프는 상기배기통에 연결된 입구단에서 상기 연소용 송풍기의 흡기구에 연결된 출구단으로 향하는 상승구배를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제급기식 연소장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 순환파이프는 상기 상승구배방향으로의 중력의 분력에 의한 수류속도가 상기 배기통의 기압과 상기 흡기구의 기압과의 압력차에 의거하는 최대값보다 크게 되도록 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 강제급기식 연소장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 순환파이프는 상기 연소용 송풍기의 흡기구로 향하여 상승되는 구배가 10도 이상인 부분을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제급기식 연소장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기통 또는 배기가스 순환파이프의 최하단에, 상기 배기가스 순환파이프에서 흘러내린 드레인을 하측으로 배출하는 드레인 파이프를 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 강제급기식 연소장치.
