Abstract

본 발명은 폴리비닐알코올 단섬유와그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 방사 및 연신등의 정을 거치지 않고 폴리피발산비닐을 폴리비닐알코올로 비누화하는 과정중에 고교대배열 분자쇄에 배향성을 부여하는 0특수 비누화제와 고도의 기계적 전단조작을 실시하여 제조되는 고강도, 고탄성률 및 강한 내알칼리성을 갖는 마이크로피브릴화 폴리비닐알코올 단섬유와 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

폴리비닐알코올 단섬유와 그의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 폴리비닐 알코올 단섬유의 주사전자현미경 사진으루 (a)는 단섬유 전체를 4000배로 확대시킨 사진이고, (b)는 단섬유 일부분을 30000배로 확대시킨 사진이고, (c)는 단섬유 일부분을 50000배로 확대시킨 사진이다. 제2도는 방사법에 의해 제조된 종래의 폴리비닐알코올 섬유의 주사전자현미경 사진이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 폴리비닐알코올의 모중합체를 비누화하여서 제조된 교대배열기가 풍부한 폴리비닐알코올 단섬유에 있어서, 평균길이가 1∼100㎚이고, 평균직경이 1∼50㎛의 마이크로피브릴화 구조를 가지며 교대배열기 함량이 55∼64% 비누화도가 85.0∼99.9mol%, 수평균 중합도가 4,500∼20,000인 폴리비닐알코올 단섬유.
  2. 폴리피발산비닐을 유기용매에 녹인 다음 비누화, 방사, 연신 및 열처리공정등을 거쳐 고강도 및 고탄성률의 폴리비닐알코올 섬유를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방사,연신 및 열처리공정을 생략하고 비누화 공정만을 실시하되 기계적 전단조작시 전단속도를 500rpm 이상으로 조작하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 단섬유의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 테트라히드로푸란, 아세톤 또는 메틸에틸 케톤임을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 단섬유의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비누화제는 폴리피발산비닐 2×10-7∼7×10-7몰에 대하여 수산화칼륨 2×10-2~5×10-2몰, 메탄올 1×10-1~3×10-1몰 및 물 3×10-3~2×10-1몰로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 단섬유의 제조방법.
