Abstract

본 발명은 하기 성분을 바닥 장식재용 에틸렌 공중합체를 기재로 하는 조성물에 관한 것이다.
a)하나 이상의 에폭시드 반응기를 가지는 공중합체, b)a)의 에폭시드 반응기와 반응할 수 있는 반응기를 가진 하나 이상의 불포화 단량체와 에틸렌의 공중합체, c)충진제 및 선택적으로 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 또는 에틸렌-알킬(메트) 아크릴레이트 공중합체.
수득된 바닥 장식재는 DIN 53516에 따라 300mm 미만의 마멸, 150g 보다 큰 긁힘에 대한 내구성을 가지고, 30 보다 큰 산소 지수를 갖는다.

Claims (7)

  1. DIN 53516에 따라 마멸에 대한 내구성이 30㎣미만이고, 에틸렌 공중합체를 기재로 하여 하기 성분을 함유하는 바닥 장식재 제조용 조성물; a)하나 이상의 에폭시드 반응기를 가지는 하나 이상의 공중합체, b)공중함체 a)의 에폭시드 반응기와 반응하는 반응기를 가지는 하나 이상의 불포화 단량체와 에틸렌과의 하나 이상의 공중합체, c) 충진제, 및 d)선택적으로 에틸렌 및 비닐아세테이트의 공중합체, 및 에틸렌 및 하나이상의 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트의 공중합체로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 공중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, a)는 에틸렌, 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트 및 선택적으로 비닐아세테이트 또는 하나 이상의 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트의 하나 이상의 공중합체이고; b)는 에틸렌, 말레산 무수화물, 및 선택적으로 비닐 아세테이트 또는 하나 이상의 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트의 하나 이상의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 그 산소 지수가 30보다 크도록 충분한 양으로 방화용 충진제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 1 내지 20중량부의 a ), 5 내지 20중량부의 b), 30 내지 70중량부의 c) 및 0 내지 30중량부의 d)를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 한 항에 조성물을 함유하는 바닥 장식재.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 긁힘에 대하여 150g보다 큰 내구성을 갖는 장식재.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 마멸이 250㎣미만이고, 긁힘에 대한 내구성이 200 내지 250g 사이인 장식재.
