Abstract

본 발명은 동물성 단백질 기포제, 알루미늄분말, 공기연행 감수지연제를 물과 혼합하여 기포발생 교반기에서 3 내지 8m/초의 선속도로 1차 교반하고, 응결 시간이 20 내지 40분 이내로 조절된 소석회, 알루미나시멘트, 규사, 석고, 구연산, 1종 시멘트, 우레탄 수지를 첨가하여 2차 교반하고, 20±5℃ 범위내에서 24시간 이내로 습공 경화하여 고온고압 양생처리한 후, 실리콘오일계 발수제로 표면처리하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 내수성과 내회성이 우수한 고강도 초경량 발수콘크리트 흠음재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 동물성 단백질 기포제, 알루미늄분말, 공기연행 감수지연제를 물과 혼합하여 기포발생 교반기에서 3 내지 8m/초의 선속도가 1차 교반하고, 응결 시간이 20 내지 40분 이내로 조절된 소석회, 알루미나시멘트, 규사, 석고, 구연산, 1종 시멘트, 우레탄 수지를 첨가하여 2차 교반하고, 20±5℃ 범위내에서 24시간 이내로 습공경화하여 고온고압 양생처리한 후, 실리콘오일계 발수제로 표면처리하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 초경량 발수콘크리트 흠음재의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동물성 단백질 기포제는 총고형분에 대하여 0.4 내지 0.6중량%를 사용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 초경량 발수콘크리트 흡음재의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 분말은 총고형분에 대하여 0.005 내지 0.01중량%를 사용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 초경량 발수콘크리트 흡음재의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 1차 교반은 60 내지 90초 이내로 실시하는 것인 초경량 발수콘크리트 흡음재의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 1차 교반과 2차 교반은 총 180초 이내인 것인 초경량 발수콘크리트 흡음재의 제조방법.
