Abstract

a) 투명하거나 반투명한 제1유리(1); b)상기 유리(1)의 한쪽면에 프린트되거나 달리 도포된 배열 또는 그믈로 배치된 불투명환 영역을 갖는 제1피복층(2)(여기서 제1피복층(2)는 상기 불투명한 영역사이에 피복물-부재 틈 영역(6)을 남긴다); 및 c)제1피복층 상에 프린트되거나 달리 도포된 제1피복층(2)의 것과 동일한 패턴을 갖는 제2백색 피복층(4) 및 제3흑색 또는 회색 유성 잉크 피복층(5)으로 이루어져 있으며, 피복층(3),(4) 및 (5)가 프린트되거나 달리 도포된 유리(1)는 피복층이 건조되었을 때 600℃ 내지 650℃ 범위의 온도에서 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 광투과성 적층 장식유리.

적층된 장식유리

제1도는 통상의 적층된 장식 유리 구조의 확대 단면도이고, 제2도는 본 발명 양태 구조의 확대 단면도이며, 제3도는 본 발명의 다른 양태 구조의 확대 단면도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. a) 투명하거나 반투명한 제1유리(1); b)상기 유리(1)의 한쪽면에 프린트되거나 달리 도포된 배열 또는 그믈로 배치된 불투명한 영역을 갖는 제1피복층(2)(여기서 제1피복층(2)는 상기 불투명한 영역사이에 피복물-부재 틈 영역(6)을 남긴다); 및 c)제1피복층 상에 프린트되거나 달리 도포된 제1피복층(2)의 것과 동일한패턴을 갖는 제2백색 피복층(4) 및 c)제1피복층 상에 프린트되거나 달리 도포된 제1피복층(2)의 것과 동일한 패턴을 갖는 제2백색 피복층(4) 및 제3흑색 또는 회색 유성 잉크 피복층(5)을 포함하며, 피복층(3),(4) 및 (5)가 프린트되거나 달리 도포된 유리(1)는 피복층이 건조되었을 때 600℃ 내지 650℃ 범위의 온도에서 열처리됨을 특징으로 하는 적층 장식유리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불투명한 영역을 형성시키기 위한 재료인 백색 페인트 및 흑색 또는 회색 유성잉크가 세라믹 컬러 프리트 내지 15 내지 70중량% 및 유리분말 30 내지 85중량%로 이루어지는(여기서 중량%는 혼합물의 전체 중량을 기본으로 한다)적층 장식유리.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 세라믹 컬러 프리트 함량이 30% 이하이고 유리 분말의 함량이 30% 이상인 적층 장식유리.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 불투명한 여역을 스크린 프린트법으로 적용하는 적층 장식유리.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1, 제2 및 제3 피복층의 두께가 0.04㎜ 내지 0.18㎜인 적층 장식유리.
  6. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투염율이 3% 내지 65% 범위인 적층 장식유리.
  7. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불투명 영역이 써어클, 정방체 또는 육방체 중에서 선택된 형상으로 이루어지는 적층 장식유리.
