Abstract

본 발명은 수 처리 공정에서 물을 처리하는데 사용되는 고분자전해질 처리제로서 전기적으로 반대 전하를 갖는 형광 물질을 사용하여 수 처리 공정에서 고분자전해질 처리제의 사용량을 최적화하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 중합체 A에 대한 배출량과 흡착율(%)에 대한 중합체 사용량을 비교한 그래프이다. 제2도는 중합체 A에 대한 배출량과 흡측율에 대한 중합체 사용량을 비교한 그래프이다, 제3도는 중합체 A에 대한 배출량과 흡착율에 대한 중합체 사용량을 비교한 그래프이다.

Claims (6)

  1. a) 공지량의 고분자전해질 처리제를 수 처리 공정으로 처리되는 오염 물질을 포함하는 물에 부가하는 단계; b) 공정에 또한 부가되는 공지량의 고분자전해질을 기준으로 하여 고분자전해질과는 반대 전하를 갖는 형광물질 약 0.001내지 약 750,000ppm을 물에 부가하는 단계; c)수 처리 공정을 수행하여 수성 유출물을 수득하는 단계; d)수성 유출물 중의 형광 물질을 검출하는 단계 및 e)수성 유출물 중의 하전된 형광 물질의 양을 기준으로 하여 고분자전해질의 사용량을 조정하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 오염 물질이 거의 제거된 수성유출물을 생성하기 위한 수 처리 공정에서 고분자전해질의 사용량을 최적화하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수 처리 공정이 원수 정화, 슬러지 탈수, 에멀젼 파괴 및 색상 제거 공정으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 형광 물질이 음이온성이고, 고분자 전해질이 양이온성임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 음이온성 형광 물질을 양이온성 고분자 전해질의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.01내지 약 200,000ppm의 농도로 물에 부가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 형광계를 사용하여 제1항의 단계 d)를 연속적으로 수행하고, 양이온성 고분자전해질의 최적 사용량을 연속적으로 조정하는 방법.
  6. a)공정에 부가되는 양이온성 고분자전해질의 양을 기준으로 하여 음이온 하전된 수용성 형광 물질 약 0.001 내지 약 750,000ppm을 물에 부가하는 단계;b)색상 제거 공정을 수행하여 수성 유출물을 수득하는 단계;c)수성 유출물 중의 음이온 하전된 형광 물질의 양을 측정하는 단계 및 d)수성 유출물 중의 음이온 하전된 형광 물질의 양을 기준으로 하여 양이온성 고분자전해질의 최적 사용량을 조절하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 양이온성 고분자전해질이 폐수에 현탁된 착색 불순물의 정전하를 중화시키기 위해 부가되어 물로부터 착색체를 분리하고 덜 착색된 불순물을 함유하는 수성 유출물을 생성하는 색상 제거 공정에 사용되는 수용성 양이온성 합성 고분자전해질의 최적량을 조정하는 방법.
