Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 전동조향장치의 토크센서장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 조향핸들의 회전에 의하여 토션바가 비틀리면 그 비틀린 각도에 따라 실린더가 축방향으로 이동하여 발생되는 기전력을 수직으로 독립되어 설치된 자기센서로 감지하여 인터페이스 회로에 정확한 토크와 조타 회전속도 및 방향을 전달케하는 특징이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 전동본체(1)내에 슬라이더(6)가 개입된 것에 있어서, 슬라이더(6) 외주연 상단에는 자성테(8)를 형성하되, 이와 대향되는 위치에 일정간격으로 이격된 검출헤드(9)를 설치하고 하단에는 다수의 (N) (S)극을 형성한 자기드럼테(10) 다수를 형성하되, 이와 대향되는 위치에 일정간격으로 이격된 자기센서(11)를 설치한 것이다.
