Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 앞차의 제동등 밝기나 거리를 센싱할 수 있는 센서를 범퍼에 설치하여 감지된 결과에 따라 브레이크가 작동하도록 하여 충돌이 방지되도록 한 자동차용 충돌 방지 브레이크장치를 제공하는데 있다.
이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은 자동차의 범피 등에 설치되어 앞차와 거리 및 제동등 밝기를 감지할 수 있는 센서 등의 감지수단과; 상기 센서의 전기적인 신호를 감지한 전자제어장치에 의해 컨트롤밸브의 제어와, 배터리 전원이 인가에 의해 에어를 펌핑 작동하는 에어펌프 등의 펌핑수단과; 상기한 에어펌프에 의해 가압되는 에어로 하여금 푸쉬로드를 전진 작동하도록 하는 액츄에이터 등의 푸쉬수단과; 상기한 액츄에이터의 푸쉬로드에 의해 푸쉬링크의 일단을 밀어냄에 따라 전진 이동하게 되는 제1기어와; 상기 제1기어가 브레이크축의 스프라인기어에 설치되어 전진함으로서 치합하는 제2기어 등의 치합수단과; 상기 제2기어에 제1기어가 치합 설치됨에 따라 전자제어장치에 의해 제어가 되도록 구동축 일단에 설치되는 구동모타 등의 구동수단과; 상기 구동모타에 의해 제2기어가 제1기어를 회전시킴으로서 브레이크축에 설치되어 회동함에 따라 제동이 이루어지도록 설치된 브레이크페달 등의 제동수단과; 상기 브레이크 페달이 계속 회동함에 따라 구동모타와, 컨트롤밸브의 작동정지와, 또 에어펌프를 역회전시켜 액츄에이터 내의 에어가 배출됨에 따라 탄성부재에 제1기어가 제2기어에서의 치합 해제와 더불어 제동도 해제되도록 브레이크페달에 의해 온(ON)이 됨을 전자제어장치에 전기적인 신호를 인가하는 브레이크 스위치를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차용 충돌 방지 브레이크장치를 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 범퍼 등에 설치되어 앞차와 거리 및 제동등 밝기를 감지할 수 있는 센서(2) 등의 감지수단과; 상기 센서의 전기적인 신호를 감지한 전자제어장치(3)에 의해 컨트롤밸브(4)의 제어와, 배터리(5) 전원의 인가에 의해 에어를 펌핑 작동하는 에어펌프(6) 등의 펌핑수단과; 상기한 에어펌프에 의해 가압되는 에어로 하여금 푸쉬로드(9)를 전진 작동하도록 하는 액츄에이터(7) 등의 푸쉬수단과; 상기한 액츄에이터 푸쉬로드(9)에 의해 푸쉬링크(11)의 일단을 밀어냄에 따라 전진 이동하게 되는 제1기어(13)와; 상기 제1기어가 브레이크축(15)의 스플라인기어(14)에 설치되어 전진함으로서 치합하는 제2기어(19) 등의 치합수단과; 상기 제2기어에 제1기어(13)가 치합 설치됨에 따라 전자제어장치(3)에 의해 제어가 되도록 구동축(21) 일단에 설치되는 구동모타(20) 등의 구동수단과; 상기 구동모타에 의해 제2기어(19)가 제1기어(13)를 회전시킴으로서 브레이크축(15)에 설치되어 회동함에 따라 제동이 이루어지도록 설치된 브레이크페달(22) 등의 제동수단과; 상기 브레이크 페달이 계속 회동함에 따라 구동모타(20)와, 컨트롤밸브(4)의 작동 정지와, 또 에어펌프(6)를 역회전시켜 엑츄에이터(7) 내의 에어가 배출됨에 따라 탄성부재에 제1기어가 제2기어에서의 치합 해제와 더블어 제동도 해제되도록 브레이크페달(22)에 의해 온(ON)이 됨을 전자제어장치(3)에 전기적인 신호를 인가하는 브레이크 스위치(24)를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 충돌 브레이크장치.
