Abstract

본 발명은 폴리에틸렌 필름의 코팅장치 및 필름구조에 관한 것으로서, 비닐하우스에 이용되는 폴리에틸렌필름(10)의 단부를 견고하게 하도록 하는 코팅장치(13)를 압착롤(14)과 냉각롤(15)에 통과되는 폴리에틸렌필름(10)의 단부 표면에 와이어(17)를 안치하는 와이어 압출기(16′)를 설치하고, 코팅압출기(18)의 코팅다이(24)에서 압출되는 용융된 코팅액(26)이 와이어(17)를 도포하여 코팅시키도록 하는 위치에 설치하여 압착롤(14)과 냉각롤(15)에서 통과할 때 압착되어 코팅되도록 하므로서 폴리에틸렌필름의 단부를 견고하게 한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 장치구성도, 제2도는 본 발명의 코팅액 압출기의 개략도, 제3도는 본 발명의 장치에 있어서 요부 발췌 사시도, 제4도는 제3도의 “A”부 확대도로서 본 발명 장치에 의하여 생산되는 폴리에틸렌 필름의 요부 확대 단면도, 제5도는 종래의 비닐하우스용 폴리에틸렌 필름의 코팅구조도.

Claims (5)

  1. 비닐하우스용 폴리에틸렌 필름(10)을 압출하는 버블 블로우 성형장치(1)와 연신장치(11)와 코팅장치(13)에 있어서, 상기 코팅장치(13)에서 압착롤(14)과 냉각롤(15)에 통과하는 폴리에틸렌 필름(10)의 단부표면에 동질 또는 이질의 와이어(17)를 안치하는 와이어 압출기(16′)를 설치하고 코팅 압출기(18)에서 압출되는 동질 또는 이질의 용융된 코팅액(26)이 와이어(17)를 도포하여 코팅 시키도록 하는 위치에 설치하여 압착롤(14)과 냉각롤(15)에 의해 코팅되도록한 비닐하우스용 폴리에틸렌 필름의 코팅장치.
  2. 비닐하우스용 폴리에틸렌필름(10)의 단부표면에 길이방향으로 동질 또는 이질의 재질로된 와이어(17)가 형성되고 와이어(17)상부에 필름과 동질 또는 이질의 코팅부(26′)가 일정두께로 형성되게 하여 폴리에틸렌필름(10)의 단부를 견고하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 비닐하우스용 폴리에틸렌필름의 코팅구조.
  3. 렌필름(10)의 단부를 견고하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 비닐하우스용 폴리에틸렌필름의 코팅구조.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 와이어(17)를 1개이상 형성되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 비닐하우스용 폴리에틸렌필름의 코팅구조.
