내용 없음본 발명은 금속파이프의 내외면에 합성수지가 피복되는 다층파이프 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 파이프의 내면이 균일하고, 그 생산비를 대폭감소시킬 수 있는 파이프제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 파이프제조방법은, 합성수지재의 내관압출공정; 상기 합성수지재 내관의 외면에 접착제를 도포하는 공정; 상기 합성수지재 내관의 외면에 금속관을 성형하기 위한 롤포밍공정; 상기 금속관의 외면에 접착제를 도포하는 공정; 및 상기 접착제가 도포된 금속관의 외면에 합섭수지재의 외관을 성형하기 위한 외관압출공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프제조방법을 제공한다.

  1. 합성수지재의 내관(11)을 압출하는 공정; 상기 합성수지재 내관(11)의 외면에 접착제(11a)를 도포하는 공정; 상기 합성수지재 내관(11)의 외면에 금속관(12)을 성형하기 위한 롤포밍공정; 상기 금속관(12)의 외면에 접착제(12a)를 도포하는 공정; 및 상기 접착제(12a)가 도포된 금속관의 외면에 합성수지재의 외관(13)을 성형하기 위한 외관압출공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 제조방법.
