Abstract

본발명은 용기체를 말아서 원통형상의 몸통을 구성하되, 둘레면의 양끝단을 초음파접착으로 누수 없이 외형이 미려하게 접착되도록 하고, 또한 몸통의 한쪽 개구부를 바닥판으로 밀폐시키고, 다른 한쪽의 개구부의 끝단테두리는 속이 빈 원형상의 단면으로 성형하므로써, 공간단면의 증대로 뚜껑의 개폐가 용이하고 또한 견고한 통형상체를 유지할 수 있는 열융착성형부를 가지는 합성수지통 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 대략 0.2~1㎜의 통형상의 위쪽의 끝단테두리가 속이 빈 원형상의 단면으로 성형된 개구부(30)와; 바닥판이 아래의 끝단테두리에 초음파접착된 바닥부(50)로 이루어진 것이며, 대략 0.2~1㎜의 합성수지의 원단(10)을 적당한 길이로 절단하여 통형상의 몸통(20)를 성형하고, 이 몸통(20)의 양쪽개구부(30)의 끝단테두리(31)를 속이 빈 원형상의 단면으로 열융착성형한 후, 아래쪽의 개구부에 바닥판이 초음파접착되도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 대략 0.2~1㎜의 통형상의 위쪽의 끝단테두리가 속이 빈 원형상의 단면으로 성형된 개구부와; 바닥판이 아래의 끝단테두리에 초음파접착된 바닥부로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 열융착 성형부를 가지는 합성수지통.
  2. 대략 0.2~1㎜의 합성수지의 원단을 적당한 길이로 절단하여 통형상의 통체를 성형하고, 이 통체의 양쪽개구부의 끝단테두리를 속이 빈 원형상의 단면으로 열융착성형한 후, 아래 쪽의 개구부에 바닥판이 초음파접착되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 열융착성형부를 가지는 합성수지통의 제조방법.
