Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 차체부품과 같은 금속제 부품을 방청하는 분무식 방청실에 관한 것으로, 방청실(1)은 대기부스룸(2)과 작업부스룸(3) 및 방출부스룸(4)으로 구획되는데, 각각의 부스룸(2, 3, 4)에는 공기를 흡인할 수 있는 흡인덕트(8)를 갖춘 천정부(7)와 체인콘베이어(15)가 설치된 바닥부(14), 출입도어(13)와 점검창(12) 및 외부공기를 붙어넣는 필터(11)를 갖춘 양쪽측벽(9), 및 상기 부스룸(2, 3, 4)들을 밀폐시키는 차단도어(6)로 이루어지고, 상기 작업부스룸(3)에는 피조물을 분무살포방식으로 방청하는 분무노즐장치(16)가 설치됨에 따라 설비의 전개레이아우트의 축소로 제조단가가 저렴하고 운전보수가 용이할 뿐만 아니라 작업주변의 환경을 개선시키는 잇점을 갖추게 된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 피조물이 포장팰리트에 적재되어 대기하는 대기부스룸(2)과 분무살포가 이루어져 피조물을 방청하는 작업부스룸(3) 방청이 완료된 피조물이 방출되는 방출부스룸(4)으로 차단도어(6)들에 의해 구획되되, 상기 각각의 부스룸(2, 3, 4)의 천정부(7)에는 공기를 흡인할 수 있는 공기흡인덕트(8)가 설치되어 양쪽측벽(9)의 공기필터(11)를 통해 유입되는 공기가 균일한 상향기류로 흡인되어지며, 이들 부스룸(2, 3, 4)의 양폭벽(9)에는 공기가 불어들어가는 공기필터(11)와 점검창(12) 및 출입도어(13)가 설치되고, 바닥부(14)에는 체인콘베이어(15)가 설치되어 피조물을 적재한 포장팰리트의 이동이 이루어지도록 되어 있는 분무식 방청실.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작업부스룸(3)에는 피조물을 분무살포식으로 방청하는 분무노즐장치(16)가 설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 분무식 방청실.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분무노즐장치(16)는 랙크(17)와 피니언(18)기어장치와 공지의 실린더에 의해 전후좌우이동 및 상하이동이 자유롭게 설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 분무식 방청실.
