Abstract

본 발명은 마늘 껍질 박리방법 및 장치로서 마늘 박리장치는 마늘을 수용하여 외부공기와 밀폐시키는 밀폐용기와, 이 용기 내의 공기압을 높이는 가압장치와, 밀폐용기내의 가압된 공기를 순간적으로 방출시켜서 밀폐용기내의 압력을 급격히 감소시키는 방출밸브로 구성되고, 마늘 껍질을 박리하는 방법은 밀폐용기에 마늘쪽들을 넣고 용기내부를 밀폐시키는 단계, 가압장치를 이용하여 용기내의 압력을 소정치까지 상승시키는 단계, 방출밸브를 동작시켜서 용기내의 압력을 급격히 감소시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진다.

  1. 마늘 껍질을 박리하는 장치로서, 마늘을 수용하여 외부공기와 밀폐시키는 밀폐용기와, 상기 밀폐용기 내의 공기압을 높이기 위한 가압장치와, 상기 밀폐용기 내의 가압된 공기를 순간적으로 방출시켜서 밀폐용기내의 압력을 급격히 감소시키는 방출밸브를 포함하여 이루어지는 마늘 껍질 박리장치.
  2. 마늘 껍질을 박리하는 방법으로서, 밀폐용기에 마늘쪽들을 넣고 용기내부를 밀폐시키는 단계, 가압장치를 이용하여 용기내의 압력을 소정치까지 상승시키는 단계, 방출밸브를 동작시켜서 용기내의 압력을 급격히 감소시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 마늘 껍질 박리방법.
