Abstract
본 발명은 광픽업의 수광소자에 기울어짐에러치를 검출할 수 있는 포토다이오드를 추가로 설치시킴으로써 별도의 틸트센서를 사용하지 않고서도 디스크의 기울어짐에 따른 보정이 가능하도록 하기 치한 디스크기울어짐 보정장치에 관한 것으로, 정보가 기록된 디스크(2)로부터 정보독출은 함과 더불어 디스크(2)의 기울어짐에 대한 기울어짐에러신호를 검출하기 위한 복수의 수광소자(D,E)가 갖추어진 광학수단(10)과, 상기 복수의 수광소자(D,E)에 집광되는 반사광의 양을 검출하는 광량검출부(20), 상기 광량검출부(20)에서 출력되는 전압레벨은 비교하여 기울어짐에러신호를 출력하는 비교/증폭부(30) 및, 상기 비교/증폭부(30)에서 출력되는 기울어짐에러신호에 비례하는 기울어짐보상신호를 출력시켜 틸트메카니즘(50)에 의해 정확한 기울어짐보정이 이루어지도록 제어하는 제어부(40)로 구성된 것이다.The present invention further provides a photodiode capable of detecting an inclination error in a light pick-up element of an optical pickup, thereby making it possible to correct the disc inclination without using a separate tilt sensor.
