Abstract
본 발명은 자기적 초해상(magnetically induced super resolution)은 이룩하기 위해 고투자율을 지닌 자성층을 기록막에 적층시켜 비트(bbit)크기를 줄이면서 고품질, 고밀도를 갖게 하는 광디스크에 관한것으로, 2층으로된 기록막을 포함한 광자기 디스크에 있어서, 한층은 회토류(Rare-earth) -천이금속(Transition metal)계와 귀금속계 합금으로 조성된 광자기 기록물질로 하고, 나머지 한층은 고투자율 합금으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크 구조에 관한 기술이다.The present invention relates to an optical disc which has a high quality and high density while reducing the bit size by stacking a magnetic layer having a high permeability on a recording film to achieve magnetically induced super resolution.
