Abstract

본 발명은 광디스크플레이어을 광픽업엑츄에이터의 서스펜션에 관한 것으로, 대물렌즈의 포커싱방향운동과 트랙킹방향운동이 운동방향이외의 방향으로 부터의 외란이 작용되더라도 두방향의 자유도에 의하여 정확히 수행될 수 있도록하고, 대물렌즈홀더에 설치되는 포커싱조정코일, 트랙킹조정코일과 메인인쇄회로 기판과의 전지적 연결이 별도의 보조인쇄회로기판 없이도 간단히 이루어질 수 있도록 하며, 조립성 및 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

(가)는 대물렌즈의 트랙킹방향조정시 운동방향을 나타내는 서스펜션의 사시도,
(나)는 대물렌즈의 포커싱방향조정시 운동방향을 나타내는 서스펜션의 사시도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 베이스플레이트(56)의 상면으로부터 돌설되어 대물렌즈홀더(52)의 몸체상에 형성되어 서스펜션설치공(82)내로 올라온 1쌍의 지지핀(58)에 끼워적 결합되는 육면체형의 지지부재(54)와, 상기 지지부재(54)의 하단면에 일측단이 고정 결합되고, 그 하단면 고정점으로부터 앞쪽으로 일정거리 떨어진 지점에서 상향절곡된 후, 일정높이에서 수평방항 뒷쪽으로 재차절곡되어 그 타단이 상기 지지부재(54)의 상단면에 고정된 상태에서 상하방향으로 작용되면서 대물렌즈(62)의 광축방향움직임은 안내하는 포커싱방향조정부재(64)와, 상기 포커싱방향조정부재(64)의 앞쪽 바깥쪽면으로부터 안쪽면으로 감싸지게 접혀지고, 그 안쪽면 중앙부로 부터 뒷쪽으로 일정거리에 해당되는 부분의 양측이 서로 접착되어 고정축(78)이 형성되며, 양단의 날개부(80)가 대물렌즈홀더(52)상의 서스펜션설치공(82)내의 내측면에 끼워져 결합된 상태에서 좌우방향으로 작용되면서 대물렌즈(62)의 래디얼방향으로의 움직임을 안내하는 트랙킹방향 조정부재(76)로 이루어진 것은 특징으로 하는 광디스크플레 이어용 광픽업 엑츄에이터의 서스펜션.
