Abstract

본 발명은 까칠한 촉감을 부여한 편성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 구멍단면의 편평비를 일정비율로 조정한 특수단면의 방사구금장치를 사용하고 연신공정시 공기 교락장치를 이용하여 압축공기의 압력을 조절하여 제조된 폴리에스테르 연신사를 사용하여 제조함으로써 까칠한 촉감 즉, 샤리(Shari)감을 부여한 편성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도 내지 제3도는 본 발명에서 사용된 방사구금장치의 단면도를 나타낸 것이고,
제4도는 본 발명에서 사용된 폴리에스테르 연신사의 단면도를 나타낸 것이고,
제5도는 본 발명에 의해 제조된 편성물의 편성구조를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 까칠한 촉감을 부여한 편성물을 제조하는데 있어서, 구멍단면의 편평비(가로/세로)가 5~15인 장방형의 방사구금장치를 사용하고 공기 교락장치의 압축공기의 압력을 2~5kg/㎠로 함으로써 평편한 단면에 복굴절율이 50~150 × 10-3인 폴리에스테르 연신사를 제조하고 이를 일반 환편기를 사용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 까칠한 촉감을 부여한 편성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 폴리에스테르 연신사를 사용하여 제조된 편성물.
