Abstract

본 발명은 비대칭형 트레드 패턴을 가지는 공기압타이어에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 조종안정상과 선회성능을 향상시키기 위하여 트레드의 외측의 접지율을 높여 왔던바, 이와 같은 종래의 타이어는 트레드의 안쪽과 바깥쪽 블록의 강성에 불균형이 발생하여 차량거동이 불안정해지고, 좌우접지면적의 차에 따른 접지압력의 차에 의해 타이어가 이상마모 되는 현상이 있었던바, 본발명에서는 타이어의 트레드패턴을 비대칭으로 형성시키되, 접지율이 낮은 쪽 트레드의 내측벽부에 보강수단을 설치한 것으로 이러한 보강수단으로는 카카스턴업의 좌우높이 또는 비이드휠러의 좌우높이가 10mm이상의 차이를 가지게 하거나 한쪽사이드월부분에만 강도를 높이어 타이어의 접지압을 균일하게 유도해 타이어의 이상마모현상을 방지할수 있도록 한것임.The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire having an asymmetric tread pattern, and in the related art, the grounding ratio of the outer side of the tread has been increased to improve steering stability and turning performance.
