Abstract

본 발명은 전기적인 가열 양생법에 기초하여 돌출철근이 없는 구조물의 연결시 타설콘크리트를 전기적으로 가열 양생에 의하여 연결하도록 하는 공법으로써, 각구조물(1)의 단부(10)형태에 알맞은 철망(2″′)을 형성하는 공정과, 기 제작된 철망(2″′)을 여러 가지 고정수단(3, 3′, 3″, 3″′)에 의하여 고정하는 공정과, 서로 대향된 단부(10)에 설치된 철망(2″′)에 전원(4)이 공급가능하게 전원공급라인을 구성하는 공정과, 그 외곽에 거푸집(5)을 설치하는 공정과, 콘크리트를 타설한 뒤, 전원을 인가하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것으로 보다 신속한 시공 효과를 거둘 수 있으며, 돌출철근이 없는 콘크리트단부의 연결을 기하게 되는 유용한 발명이다.

Description

가열 양생에 의한 콘크리트 구조물 연결공법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명이 실시되는 콘크리트부재 연결 부분의 사시도이고,
제2도는 본 발명이 실시되기 직전의 분해상태 단면도이며,
제3도는 콘크리트 구조물 사이에 도정성 철망이 설치된 상태의 단면도이고,
제4도는 연결공간에 콘크리트를 채운 뒤 전원을 공급하기 직전의 설치단면도이며,
제5도의 (가), (나), (다), (라)는 스페이서의 여러 가지 실시예시도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 대응된 두 개의 콘크리트 구조물 사이의 공간간격(α)에 타설된 콘크리트를 다음의 공정으로 가열양생하는 콘크리트 구조물 연결공법 1)각 구조물(1)의 단부(10)형태에 알맞은 철망(2″′)을 형성한다. 2)기제작된 철망(2″′)을 구조물(1)의 단부(10)에 밀착되게 스페이서(3)로서 밀착지지 시킨다. 3)서로 대향된 단부(10)에 고정된 철망(2″′)에 가열온도가 제어 되면서 전류의 공급이 가능하게 전원(4)을 접속 구성한다. 4)전원(4)공급이 가능하고, 전류제어 수단을 갖춘 상태에서 공간간격(α)외곽으로 거푸집(5)을 설치한다. 5)거푸집(5)내에 콘크리트(6)를 타설시킨 뒤 전원(4)을 인가하여 공간간격(α)내의 콘크리트(6)가 가열 양생 되게한다.
