Claims (4)

  1. 코어상의 표면층을 대각도가 20°∼160°의 격자형 홈상 및, 축방향과의 각도가 10°∼80°의 사선형 홈상으로 표면처리하고, 실어운반한 凹부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄용 롤러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면층의 재질이 니트릴 고무, 우레탄 고무, 에픽클로로히드린 고무, 불소 고무, 실리콘 고무, 에틸렌프로필렌 고무, 아클릴 고무, 부틸 고무, 또는 에폭시수지, 우레탄수지, 폴리아미드수지, 염화비닐수지, 폴리에틸렌수지, 폴리에스테르수지, 페놀수지인 인쇄용 롤러.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 표면거칠기가 10점 평균 거칠기(Rz)로 10㎛∼200㎛인 인쇄용 롤러.
  4. 인쇄용 롤러를 회전시켜, 연마포, 연마지, 연마판, 연마숫돌등의 연마 용구의 평면측으로 압접하여 회전시켜, 대각도가 20°∼160°의 격자형 홈상 및, 축방향과의 각도가 10°∼80°의 사선형 홈상의 통운(通運) 凹부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄용 롤러의 제조방법.
