Abstract

본 발명은 물리치료 및 피부미용을 위한 찜질팩에 관한 것으로 냉·온 겸용으로 사용이 가능하고 접촉감이나 열지속시간이 길어 찜질효과가 우수한 냉·온 겸용 찜질팩 및 그 제조장치로서 본 발명의 찜질팩의 내용물은 사용하는 온도의 변화에 항상 무관하게 겔상태를 항상 유지하면서 온도보존 지속시간이 비교적 긴 내용물과; 상기 내용물을 담아 포장하는 다중의 합겹으로 만들어진 포장팩에 의해 부드러우면서도 내구성이 매우 강하고, 특히 팩포장시 내용물에 기포가 전혀 발생되지 않도륵 함을 특징으로 하는 냉·온 찜질팩 및 그 제조장치에 관한 것임.

Claims (2)

  1. 통상의 찜질용 팩에 있어서, 전체 중량비 식용글리세린(Concentrated Glycerin Foodgrade) 65∼75중량부와; 안정제인 이소프로파놀(Isopropanol) 6∼9중량부와; 식용색소(Pigment Foodgrade) 0.1∼0.2중량부와; 증류수(Distllled water) 18∼24중량부를 투입하여 조성한 내용물(120)과; 상기의 내용물(120)을 포장하는 포장팩(110)은 나일론 필름(Nylon Film)(111)과 폴리 에칠렌(Poly Ethylene)(112)과 폴리에스터(Polyester)(113)를 합겹하여 단일 포장팩(110)으로 포장하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 냉·온 겸용 찜질팩.
  2. 내부의 압력을 낮추고 내용물을 골고루 교반하여 생성하도록 교반통(201)의 상부에 교반용모터(202)와 배기관(211)과 압력 조절관(207) 및 투입구(206)가 설치되고; 내부에는 상기 교반용모터(202)에 의해 회전하는 교반날개(205)와; 외부에는 상기 배기관(2l1)에 의해 진공펌프(210)의 부설된 진공믹서기(200)과; 상기 진공믹서기(200)에 의해 생성된 내용물(120)을 저장하며 적정량씩 주입실린더(222)로 송출하는 저장탱크(220)와; 상기 저장탱크(220)의 하부에 설치되고 에어실린더(221)에 의해 적정량씩 내용물(120)을 주입관(223)으로 압출하여 포장팩(110)에 주입하는 주입실린더(222)와; 상기 내용물(120)이 주입된 포장팩(110)을 완전 진공포장하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 냉·온 겸용 찜질팩 제조장치.
